Mario, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you recount a story of an unexpected problem you’ve faced along the way?
Starting a business during COVID came along with a lot of responsibility, risks and uncertainty. Nothing is an excuse with it comes down to your passion.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I left Argentina in 2012, being a dentist and having a. great life. However, this seemed not to be enough in a personal level and I allowed myself to self discover myself. In a crazy way, today in 2023, COVID left a sense of freedom and pursuing your passion so the idea today doesn’t sound so crazy..
Today, I feel the road has been long but with a purpose and help me unlock personal flaws and overcome different crisis on a personal and professional level. Today I feel I have grown and that leaving Argentina was the best decision I could have done during at the age of 23.
I’m proud of putting together a great team and walked along the same uncertainty and fears during 2020 when we first opened Criollas.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
being personal. Talking to your client like you are another client and love your products. Sell your product like you will buy it.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
Being present and talk toy our clients to understand their psychology.
