Alright, Mario thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you recount a story of an unexpected problem you’ve faced along the way?
On December 31, a car collided with a light pole that was on the corner of the restaurant in Ramona, California. We had dinner sold and half an hour before serving, no matter how much we tried to talk to repair the light, we had to cook with our cell phones, we tied them in our head and that’s how we cook our customers also understood the problem and used their cell phones to light up the night and so no one ruined their New Year’s Eve dinner

Hello, my name is Mario Medina, I am a chef, I am passionate about my work, this profession is very beautiful but very cruel, it is very exhausting. You forget about special days because those days are the busiest in restaurants. I consider myself a leader. I like to support good causes. Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?
It was something very nice, a friend contacted me, now my partner to support them with a menu. Later we had a talk and we are about to open one more. we like to do we have a meat concept where we make a perfect pairing with our friend Marco Amador one of the best sommeliers in Baja California
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
consistency, perseverance, Personally, social networks, festivals, dinners, the most important thing is to promote your product yourselfs ,
