Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Marina Romashko. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Marina, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?
In most of my business endeavors, the defining moment is a strong feeling when I see the missing link, a pain, a sense of people being lost in a sleep of everyday life.
I started my first company Big Idea Lab in 2009, because I was angry about how much people talk and not do what they meant to do.
Mindful productivity emerged from seeing how much people achieve without connection to their higher purpose and being burned out through constantly being busy.
My personal healing journey showed me how much faster I progressed when I started doing energy healing work on myself, and I started offering my clients energy healing modalities and educating them to understand that while time management is important, energy management is essential.
I became co-founder and COO of HeyLayer Web3 tech start up from understanding there is a new world of Web3 being created and again it is done without women.\
Marina, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I am a mindfulness productivity coach and energy healer with Modern Mystery School of King Solomon lineage; I am the second level initiate and Life Activation Practitioner. I am also a mindfulness meditation teacher.
I help individuals to execute their big ideas or create a productivity flow in an alignment with their high purpose without feeling burned out. I have 15 years of experience in productivity coaching and 20 years of different spiritual practices. My methods are a unique alchemical combination of modern productivity tools with ancient proven tools of King Solomon lineage.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
In my early years of productivity coaching, I famously coined the term: We become by doing.
While I still believe in it, with years of experience and my spiritual practices evolution, I started seeing there is an important time when we need not do and just be. There is a time of creative exploration and it is more chaotic. There is a lot of gold in not doing.
Now I work on personal flow of productivity for myself and clients, where different phases are included, it creates a more holistic and intentional lifestyle.
Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
Practice of what you learned and seeing how it works for your community. When I started my coaching practice, my first couple of clients were free and it allowed to practice my methods and receive an honest and direct feedback.
I did the same when I became energy healer and meditation teacher.
