Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Marina Cardenas . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Marina , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What do you think it takes to be successful?

Personally I think in order to be successful one must know what failure is like. A person needs to understand yes sometimes it happens overnight but if that’s not your case you must get up and try again. You will fail and there will be a time where you might think your dream or goals are useless and hit rock bottom but you got to get up and keep going. I wasn’t handed anything and I failed multiple times but I kept going, I put in the work and last but not least I had faith in God and myself. I trusted the process and was patient.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I started off small worked my way up and made sure everything I learned from Celebrities and some of the most successful CEO’s to soak up all the knowledge and become a fast learner who can easily adapt to changes. Then I started getting inquiries to work with some very successful individuals and working in the music industry as an executive personal assistant. I opened up my company MVC Entertainment,PA’s and Marketing to finally make my brand as to being a freelancer and also help business owners reach success. Along with being a CEO and a Celebrity Personal Assistant I am a published author.
I have had a passion for writing since the age of 13. My goal is to bring people who struggle with anxiety,depression and suicide to see that it does get better and learn self love along with positive thinking. To find the joy in this crazy rollercoaster we call life. As an Author I want to bring awareness and positivity. I truly care for everyone and I know what it’s like to struggle but I promise there is a light at the end. The world is cruel so we should be nice to everyone and spread love not hate. I take pride in being nice to everyone because you never know what someone is going through.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

I believe if you do good business and provide results and professionalism your work will speak for itself. Someone once told me the best advertising is word of mouth. If you excel and are the best at what you do and have confidence the rest is easy.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

Just constantly being active on all social media and also marketing yourself. You really have to put in the effort to reach out to people even when you feel like it’s not working it does take a while but everyday keep marketing yourself and you will see results. Also don’t be afraid to widen your audience even if your unsure you never know who might be interested.
