Have my own bussines , was my dream for to many years one day day I just said , no más , nomas , if I going to sacrifice my holidays is going to be on my benefit

Im been a cooker for more than 20 years , a year ago I opened. My food truck we have a very tradicional menu,tacos, sopes, enchiladas, tortas, quesabirrias , we do desserts too , everithing is cooked from scratch , we also do catering service, the client chooses what the food they want , can be Mexican or international , that is not a problem for us , we do have a beautiful set up for ours events !!! We are definitely the best and most delicious option for Prescott and it’s surrounding ,

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

I have always worked cooking, I reached a point were I got tired of sacrificing my weekends and the holidays for the dream of others, so I decided that the next time I would work on the weekend it would be for my benefit, after I quit my job cooking , after I work in a window company for two years , but was not what make me happy , so I find a truck and for almost two years me and my husband build the interior little by little and finally it was done

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start?

We saved for 2 years, we build the truck by our own , to many hours , we install everithing inside
