Leaving my stable job to start Enove Agency, my digital marketing business, was a big risk. One major challenge was money – no regular paycheck meant I had to carefully manage finances for things like equipment and advertising.

Starting a business also meant creating everything from scratch, unlike the structured corporate world. I had to handle various roles, from CEO to marketer, which added pressure and demanded a lot of time and energy.

Despite the risks, my passion for digital marketing and belief in Enove Agency’s potential kept me going. The chance to build something on my terms and the possibility of unlimited growth made the risk worthwhile. Looking back, taking this risk has led to significant personal and professional growth, proving that calculated risks can bring rewarding outcomes.
