Alright, Maria thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
ArtLink ignites passion and cultivates character through creativity, fostering a sense of community through art. Our low-cost or free programs are made possible by generous donations and fundraising efforts. We strive to provide a creative outlet in various forms, nurturing opportunities for personal and collective growth. At ArtLink, we believe in living inspired, fostering hope, and building confidence and unity within our community. Our core values of boldness, passion, integrity, trust, and teamwork guide us in creating a safe, honest, and supportive environment where creativity thrives.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Through seeking the Lord for myself, reading the Bible, and praying, I discovered that I was created on purpose with a purpose. Surrendering my life to Him allowed everything to make more sense as He revealed His truth to me, dispelling the lies the world had told me. I realized that my interests and talents were given to me from the beginning for a specific purpose. This realization led me to start an organization focused on discovering purpose through passions, as I found fulfillment in using my talents for God’s glory rather than selfish pursuits. If He did it for me, He can do it for anyone, because He has created us all with unique gifts and callings.

Any advice for managing a team?
Keep your team informed with clear communication. Recognize achievements and celebrate individual and team achievements. Provide support and resources to help your team members succeed. Encourage collaboration. Promote work-life balance. Lead by example- demonstrate the values and behaviors you want to see in your team. Encourage growth and support professional development. Celebrate diversity.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Understand who your target audience is, their interests, demographics and behaviors. Produce high-quality, engaging content that adds value to your audience’s lives.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep your audience engaged and interested.
Use eye-catching visuals to capture attention and convey your message effectively.
Actively engage with your audience.
Incorporate relevant hashtags in your posts to increase discoverability.
Be authentic, genuine and transparent.
