María Belén, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Being a business owner can be really hard sometimes. It’s rewarding, but most business owners we’ve spoken sometimes think about what it would have been like to have had a regular job instead. Have you ever wondered that yourself? Maybe you can talk to us about a time when you felt this way?
Having your own business or working for someone else has its advantages and disadvantages. In my case, I like having my own business, because I don’t depend on a boss to receive my earnings. I have a lot of fun, I have free time to learn other things, I make my own decisions. That’s why I consider myself an entrepreneur.
María Belén, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
My services differ from others because of the passion that I put into doing a job that you ask me to do. As a content creator I love making videos and making my imagination work. I always put quality first over quantity. Since COVID emerged, there was a need to create new jobs, and that’s how I got started. There are many platforms on the Internet that need content creators and that pay for photos and videos without leaving home.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
In my case, building an image on social media implies a lot of perseverance. In other words, there are thousands of content creators. Why do I consider myself special or different from others? Before, you as brand or business person ask yourself how to stand out and be different and then you will see that with a lot of perseverance you will identify your client or consumer. I like to use TikTok a lot. I make 3 videos a day.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I like to be in contact directly with customers and listen to their needs. Clients contact me through my email and that is how the relationship develops.
