We recently connected with Maria Andrea Inclan and have shared our conversation below.
Maria Andrea, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Was there an experience or lesson you learned at a previous job that’s benefited your career afterwards?
This are things that you can only learn by experience I would think.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I work as an account manager for a creative agency, and development of Digital Strategy for brands and business. But my journey in marketing was me being everyone in my own business. I was the clients personal consultant, videographer, photographer, editor, community manager, social media manager, copywritter, graphic designer, PR representative. I considered it an opportunity to learn about each area and discover which one was for me.
My job is to help you pave the way and unify your brand message and identity through your social media platform. To help you : grow your business, get more views, create content that brings value and reaches to people, build a community.
I think learning as I move forward day by day has been the best lesson. In that too, you keep finding yourself and grew in confidence. I would love to be a person that influences that: It´s never too late to star over , it´s ok to star with something and realize you have potential to create in other areas for that specific purpose, it´s ok to be afraid when you first start and have everything figured out.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
For the longest time, If you talked about Maria Andrea, you would have to include that she was a ballerina. That was my identity for the longest time. I was a full time ballerina, and of course, I wanted to be a professional ballerina. That was me for over 10 years. I danced to my full potential and was able to coach ballerinas for persue of their dreams . This really was a passion of mine. The long rehearsal, the no free weekends where not a sacrifice, they were a real joy .When I turned 3o, somenthing just clicked and I realized it was to time to say goodbye. I did a 180 turn into sales that later showed me the to marketing.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
Personally I feel, it gives a different view of everything around. You found opportunity and beauty in everthing. Everything has potential to be used, to be transformed and to be part of something that it´s enjoyable in all the senses.
