We were lucky to catch up with Marci Baron recently and have shared our conversation below.

Marci, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?

I was a classically trained teacher with a dual master’s degree, devoted to education and helping others grow. My life followed a clear and traditional path—until it didn’t.
The death of my son shattered everything I thought I knew about life, purpose, and healing. In that unimaginable grief, my old identity fell away, and I was called into a deeper initiation—one that asked me to explore energy, spirit, and the unseen dimensions of healing.
Through my own journey of transformation—learning to clear energy, release pain, and reconnect to the soul’s light—I discovered a new way to serve. This wasn’t a career pivot; it was a soul calling.
Now, I help others clear the energetic imprints that hold them back so they can live aligned, authentic, and free. The greatest wisdom I’ve gained is that our deepest wounds often become the gateways to our highest purpose. My son’s brief presence on Earth was the catalyst that awakened mine.

Marci, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Hello — I’m Marci Baron, an intuitive guide and energy alchemist based in New York (available worldwide). I specialize in working with driven, successful women who are ready to step into the next version of themselves — in business, relationships, health and life.
How I Got Here
My professional journey did not begin in the energy-healing/coaching space but in more traditional roles (including teaching) and academic training. Over time, through deep personal transformation (such as the death of my child and my own divorce), I shifted from the known path into a healing-and-transformation path. Traditional talk therapy didn’t help me. This work DID! As I embraced my own healing, clarity, and energetic alignment, it became clear that my purpose was to guide others who were ready for more — more freedom, more authenticity, more vibrancy.
What I Do & Who I Help
I provide a highly-individualised, luxurious approach to energy healing and coaching for women. As I describe on my website:
I’m a certified energy healer + coach and I work with a wide range of healing modalities, intuitively selecting what will best serve each person’s unique “soul imprint.”

The services and offerings include 1-on-1 coaching/healing, group programs such as Quantum Conception and Quantum Expansion, and self-guided options. For example, I’ve created “The Complete Chakra Healing Series: The Blueprint for Healing Yourself” and “The Abundance Portal.”
I am a contributor to the Evolve By Erika app providing meditations, activations and EFT tapping videos that complement Kundalini yoga kriyas.
I am the mindset coach for female entrepreneurs for Lucky Girl Social to help them scale their social media agencies.

My ideal clients are those who feel ready to make a quantum leap: whether that’s transforming their business, their relationship, their health, or their soul’s purpose.
What Problems I Solve
I help women clear the energetic blocks, limiting beliefs, past-life or ancestral imprints, and stuck patterns that keep them from living at the level they know they’re meant for.

I support them to release what’s been holding them back — so they can step into more authenticity, alignment, success, fulfillment, and ease.

Many clients come in having tried many “right” things (mindset work, strategy, business tactics) but still feel hindered by non-tangible layers (energy, identity, unseen patterns). My work bridges into that deeper subtle field.

The women I work with experience profound transformation: healing breast cancer, conceiving after years of unexplained infertility, unlocking new levels of abundance in their businesses, and calling in aligned relationships — even meeting their husbands after years of being single.
My clients don’t just shift — they expand into a new version of themselves, and that transformation speaks louder than any marketing ever could. The majority of my business comes from referrals because the results ripple outward.
Ultimately, what’s built my reputation is not only the outcomes my clients experience, but also my own embodiment of this work. I live what I teach. My grounded, integrated approach to energy healing and transformation allows others to trust that this path truly works — because they can feel it in me.

Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?

Beyond any certification or training, the most essential quality in this work is the capacity to hold safe space. True transformation happens when a client feels seen, supported, and unconditionally accepted — that safety allows the deepest layers to unwind and heal.

Equally important is lived experience. Having walked through my own initiations, losses, and awakenings, I don’t just understand transformation intellectually — I’ve lived it. That embodied wisdom allows me to guide others with compassion, authenticity, and integrity, meeting them exactly where they are on their journey.
