We were lucky to catch up with Marcelino Rose recently and have shared our conversation below.
MARCELINO, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. It’s easy to look at a business or industry as an outsider and assume it’s super profitable – but we’ve seen over and over again in our conversation with folks that most industries have factors that make profitability a challenge. What’s biggest challenge to profitability in your industry?
The industry is gear towards celebrity and status is it profitable yes! but, you have to find different ways and different motives to the game to achieve and profit. Is it challenging? yes! but anything worth having is challenging!
The biggest challenge to profitable margin. In the industry is Building relationships in a game that’s made to chew you up and spit you out.
My personal story of it being challenging is the start up. You gotta find what your motive is to doing what you do! and stay consistent, in doing what you set out to do.

Myself. I’m a introvert And extrovert,
How I got in this industry, it came to me in a dream. saying that I had to do this, like a calling!
The business as I’ve creating a LLC and getting trademark can cost you because you want to own your intellectual properties.
The discipline you would like to have is? “that you doing it for yourself not for the clout”
As craft, I didn’t reinvent the wheel, but I tried to find what set me apart from everybody else.
As product and service, I provide a first-hand knowledge of people that have done it, and the people that are currently doing it, as a podcaster.
My creative? is that you can come on my platform and give out the best knowledge you can receive A to Z while skipping B to C to maybe avoid mistakes others have made.
As a clients/follower base : I provided a showcase to get their story heard as using their story to gain success washing Each other’s hands
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing clientele for me is: “Going old school, still going hand too hand relationships” it’s still works because if you look a man in his eyes, you still can make things happen!
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Well, If you don’t know how to do something you have to delegate and use others which can also be a problem in itself, but you need to do this. If you can’t do it somebody have to do it for you choosing the right people to do it to make you or break you. As they say good help is hard to find
