Marc, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Being a business owner can be really hard sometimes. It’s rewarding, but most business owners we’ve spoken sometimes think about what it would have been like to have had a regular job instead. Have you ever wondered that yourself? Maybe you can talk to us about a time when you felt this way?
Being a business owner makes me happy every day of the year. Certainly there are days more difficult than others with his doubts, but not knowing what tomorrow will bring, isn’t that happiness? No days are alike, I learn new things every moment. We question ourselves, we meet great people, we learn and above all we share.
I like to share my knowledge, offer my services and set myself daily goals.
The challenges and the passion for my job help me to surpass myself at all times.
It’s true that as business leaders we devote a lot of time to our job, but I will never trade places.
I understood very quickly that I was not made to work as an employee, to have fixed hours, and to have my paycheck on the same day each month.
It is from this moment that I headed towards entrepreneurship with the constraints that this implies but above all its moments of happiness!

I created Ghost-concierge in 2017, it is a private concierge service offered to professionals and individuals in order to improve their daily life and save time by offering them the same services as a concierge that we find in the luxury hotels. With the Covid 19 pandemic, we completely remodeled Ghost-concierge. We have become 100% digital and can now be reached by email, text message and WhatsApp.
I wanted Ghost-concierge to be accessible to everyone, we are still a concierge but we have added a new branch to this activity which is:
_Improving the purchasing power of our members!
For this we have signed multiple partnerships in all areas offering daily discounts of up to -60% on certain sectors such as:
_Business/Lifestyle/Travel/Flights/Rental cars/Parks/Shows & events/movie ticket/Shopping deal/restaurants/ concerts/Sports tickets/ Tours ans More….
We have over 2,000,000 offers all over the USA and around the world.
We only offer 2 subscriptions: the semi-annual at $210 and the annual at $385 (one month free).
The goal is that each subscription is profitable from the first use thanks to partner discounts.
(Which often happens thanks to travel, hotel stays, purchase of electronics…).
Ghost-concierge is the combination of a private digital concierge and daily benefits!
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
To keep in touch with the member, we send him a newsletter each month with all the new discounts, as well as the new partners with whom we have had the chance to sign. To retain them, we are reactive and respond within 10 minutes at most to their request, whether it is a reservation, information or other.
We are also present on instagram and we post the offers of the moment which seem to us the most interesting.
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
The best source of clients for us has been word of mouth. We know that a satisfied customer is worth two!
The main thing is to stay on the same trajectory and to give the best, and above all to have impeccable customer service.
