Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Maranda Stuhr. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Maranda thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
The biggest risk I’ve ever taken? Leaving the security of my 9-5 to stay home with my girls. I always knew I wanted that time with them before they started school, but when our oldest was about to enroll in preschool, I had a now-or-never moment. If I didn’t make the leap, I might miss this window of time with them.
It wasn’t easy. Walking away from a steady paycheck meant making financial adjustments and stepping into the unknown. But deep down, I knew I didn’t want to look back and regret not being fully present in these early years. So, I trusted my gut and took the leap.
Not long after, I picked up my camera and started learning how to shoot in manual mode—just for fun at first. But as I shared my photos online, people started asking if I could capture their families and kids. That small creative spark turned into an unexpected opportunity, and before I knew it, I had built an eight-year career as a photographer—all while being home with my girls.
That one risk led to so many more. Saying yes to photography. Learning how to run a business while raising little ones. Trusting myself to pivot when I felt called to coaching. Every decision has been rooted in the desire to create a business that fits my life as a mom, not the other way around.
And even now, as I’ve transitioned into coaching, that commitment remains. Being present for my daughters while we have them at home continues to be at the forefront. I’ve built my business in a way that allows me to do meaningful work while also soaking in this time with them—because I know how fleeting it is.
Looking back, that decision to leave my job wasn’t just about staying home—it was about choosing a path that aligned with my values. That’s the beauty of risk: it opens doors you never even knew existed.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that every woman deserves to feel aligned, empowered, and worthy of the life she truly desires. But I didn’t always believe that for myself.
Back in 2020, during my photography career, I started feeling an undeniable discontent. Photography had once been my creative passion, but something shifted. I found myself undervaluing my work, overworking, and feeling deeply unfulfilled. For almost a year, I lived in that space of uncertainty, unsure of what I wanted or how to move forward.
That’s when I hired a Subconscious Release Technique (SRT) mindset coach—and everything changed. I had always struggled with scarcity beliefs, people-pleasing, and anxiety, but through that work, I discovered the power of subconscious transformation and energy healing. I knew I had found something life-changing, and I couldn’t ignore the pull to dive deeper.
Since then, I’ve become trained in Subconscious Release Technique, Reiki, and the Emotion Code, and in January, I completed my coaching certification. Now, I offer a unique 1:1 coaching experience that blends deep mindset work with energy healing, helping women break through the emotional and mental blocks that keep them stuck.
The Problems I Help Solve
So many of us want to change, but we feel stuck in cycles we don’t fully understand. My work helps women move past:
Procrastination & stagnation – That feeling of knowing you’re meant for more but not knowing how to take action.
Scarcity & self-doubt – The belief that you don’t have enough time, money, or worthiness to create the life you want.
Overwhelm & anxiety – Feeling weighed down by everyday stress or an underlying unease about life.
Relationship conflicts – Whether it’s marriage, parenting, or friendships, relationships are a mirror for our inner world.
Trusting yourself & following through – Learning to listen to your inner wisdom, take aligned action, and build self-belief.
Unanswered desires for growth – That quiet What if? that keeps calling you toward something bigger.
Through a combination of subconscious reprogramming, emotional release, and deep coaching, I guide women to shift their beliefs, reconnect with their intuition, and build confidence in themselves.
What Sets Me Apart
I know what it’s like to be in the thick of self-doubt, to wonder if you’re capable of more but not know how to get there. I also know that transformation is possible because I’ve lived it. My clients say I’m known for holding space, truly believing in them, and cheering them on as they build the confidence to do that for themselves.
Most importantly, I’ve built my business in a way that allows me to be present with my daughters while I have them at home. Motherhood has always been at the core of my choices, and I want other women to know that it is possible to create a life that honors both their dreams and their families.
At the end of the day, I help women come home to themselves, step into their power, and create a life that feels as good as it looks.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
The best source of new clients for me has been word of mouth. There’s something incredibly powerful about personal recommendations—when a woman experiences deep transformation through our work together, she naturally shares it with her friends, family, or colleagues. I’ve found that the women who come to me through referrals are already aligned with my approach because they’ve seen firsthand how it’s helped someone they trust.
At the end of the day, the best marketing is real impact. When someone feels seen, supported, and transformed, they can’t help but spread the word. That’s the kind of ripple effect I love to create.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
I’ve had several pivotal moments in my life, but I like to think of them as times when I got to pivot rather than had to. Each shift was an opportunity—an invitation to step into something more aligned, even when it didn’t feel that way at first.
One of my biggest pivots was leaving my 9-5 job to stay home with my kids. It wasn’t just a career change; it was a complete shift in my identity, my priorities, and how I moved through the world. That transition opened the door to something unexpected—starting a photography business. I didn’t plan for it, but the opportunity presented itself, and I said yes.
And then, I hit another turning point. What once brought me joy—capturing moments for others—started to feel heavy. I was constantly frustrated, burned out, and uninspired. At first, I tried pushing through, thinking maybe I just needed a break. But deep down, I knew I was being called to something else. That discomfort was my sign.
So, I pivoted again—this time into coaching and energy healing. Looking back, every step prepared me for the next. Photography taught me how to see people, to capture emotions, to hold space. Now, I do the same in a different way—helping women see themselves more clearly, guiding them through their own transformations.
Each pivot wasn’t a failure; it was a redirection. And I’ve learned that when frustration and burnout show up, it’s often life nudging me toward something greater. The key is being willing to listen—and to trust that even the messy, uncertain moments are part of the path.
