Manuela , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Have you ever seen (or implemented) a really awesome way to show a client you appreciate them
One thing is certain: people will not care or listen to you until they feel that you care about and appreciate them.
Everyone wants to be heard, listened to, seen, loved, and appreciated. If you are not doing this for your clients, then you are missing out on opportunities to connect with them better, serve them better, and ultimately on the opportunity to become more valuable to them.
The best way to show a client you care about them is to make them feel heard, seen and mostly understood. Go one step further and make each and every one of them feel special and appreciated. This might look different for each client, but why not customize a part of your service to go that one extra mile?
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
There’s something you might not know about me – I come from a fashion background. I’ve always felt passionate about fashion and was determined to make it my way of life since day one.
Another thing you might not know about me is that I struggled with eating disorders for most of my life. Now, I help ambitious entrepreneurs access unbreakable self-confidence, increase their worth, and build the life and business they crave – with style, influence, and authority.
I quit my corporate job in advertising to pursue my own brand and business. But I was scared to follow my dream. What if I failed? What would people say? Imposter syndrome was my first and last name.
I wanted to become a successful business owner, a leader, an authority in fashion. I wanted to feel and look my best. I wanted to be recognized, to be free, to have time for my family and friends, to become the best version of myself and start living my dream life.
I realized I needed to let go of who I was being in order to become the person who could access all of that. I had to believe in myself like no one else did and see myself as the badass woman I truly was underneath all my negative self-talk.
Before that could even happen, I had to break up with toxic relationships. Relationships where I was selfish, superficial, felt small and unworthy. I had to let go of the belief that I needed a lot of money to become the version of me I dreamed about. I had to let go of a pre-conceived identity and self-image of a small and unsuccessful girl, to create that of a badass successful woman.
It took me a while to realize that I would never succeed if I continued to be the same person, hang around the same people, and have the same surroundings. If I continued to treat myself the same way I did, having the same self-doubts and negative self-talk, I would never achieve my dreams.
So, I took immediate action. I hired high-level business and personal development coaches, accessed a whole new mindset, and stayed committed to my vision even on the hard days. I became intentional in everything I did, thought, spoke, dressed or showed up. I stepped into the version of myself I wanted to become.
I up-leveled my self-talk and self-identity, my social media game and invested in my personal development. I healed my relationship with myself and with money. I did deep work to up-level my self-image and personal branding to one that would place me at a level of authority and influence.
Now, I want to pay it forward and empower ambitious leaders to be authentic, confident, powerful, and abundant so that they can take action on their dreams, create the life and business they want and love right now! I built my business around this mission and I love it.
Today, I’m living my dream life, free, confident, abundant, and powerful, and am passionate about helping others become their most authentic selves and realize their potential.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
The program I have developed focuses on weekly meetings to support coaches, entrepreneurs, influencers, and content creators who want to establish a voice and gain authority in their career and life spaces. It is the only style and personal branding program that helps them become the version of themselves they dream about, attain unbreakable self-confidence, and become magnetic, attracting dream opportunities and clients. This program will lead them to become a complete badass.
The Badass You is my step-by-step program and community that coaches and guides them to reinvent themselves so that they can live a happier and more fulfilling life. Inside, they discover the strategies that I share with my students and clients to help them regain unbreakable confidence and self-image, achieving balance in their lives faster than they ever could on their own.
These are the same strategies I used to go from feeling small, unseen, and unworthy to becoming a successful empowered woman who is confident, authentic, and powerful, attracting dream clients and living life fully without anyone’s permission.
I base all of this work on five main pillars: 1. mindset, 2. authenticity, 3. style, image, and presence, 4. authority and credibility, and finally 5. profitability. This approach elevates their value, self-image, and authority, enabling them to live as the most badass version of themselves working from the inside-out and outside-in to close all loops in their development.
I maintain close communication with my clients on a weekly basis, building a strong coaching relationship with them and holding them accountable for their goals in both their personal and professional lives.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Whether you’re looking to grow your clientele or build a team, it all comes down to your energy. We become magnets for the type of energy we put out.
Building a clientele is mostly about building a tribe first. Letting people get to know you, your expertise, your personality, and your unique standpoint. To me, all of this speaks to ENERGY. Managing your emotions and maintaining a high level of energy is a good place to start. Bring joy, passion, and other values that are important to you to attract the same type of client and tribe into your life and business.
For the moments when I feel low, I am gentle with myself and give myself whatever my mind, body, or spirit needs, whether it be rest, alone time, or prayer.
Holding a consistent and high level of energy attracts your tribe and allows you to build a dream client list. These clients not only buy from you, but they also need and appreciate your support, and they are happy to buy from you!
All of this I teach my students and clients in my program.
