We were lucky to catch up with Mansii Modi recently and have shared our conversation below.
Mansii, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
I started geometrix brand in 2019 with a goal in mind that I wanted to offer customization options. Customization of an outfit means doing everything from preparing multiple sketches of the kind of design our customer is looking for than comes the fabric selection and add ons. We offer customization to every client based on their needs and price range. We are also zero waste policy company. We do offer ready to wear pieces as well. We recently launched monochrome collection at Miami swim fashion week. It’s a resort/swim line that’s part of our ready to wear collection.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Mansii Modi. I am a founder and designer of Geometrix Fashion Hut. We specialize in haute couture pieces which is custom wear. We offer customization options based on clients needs and price range. We are also zero waste policy company. We offer on demand production so no wastage like massive production. Geometrix just launched its resort/swim line at Miami Swim fashion week. Our monochrome collection is our first ever ready to wear line. Our company is partnering with independent designer retail stores in coming months so keep an eye out for that.
Can you talk to us about manufacturing? How’d you figure it all out? We’d love to hear the story.
When I started this business. My huaband and I were the sole people working on everything from social media to website design to manufacturing the clothes. It’s something you have to do and need to know when you’re starting out. I recently outsourced my production and I am immensely lucky to have a great set of people working with me.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Make products relevant to customers
Always design your products and services with customers in mind. To better understand customer needs, engage them actively
Offer enticing loyalty programs
Customers love to save money, and helping them do so is one step toward loyalty.
Focus on the global customer experience
To win customer loyalty, ensure that all departments are working together to offer the best customer experiences.
Be honest and responsible
Honesty is key to earning loyalty. Customers must feel that your brand is genuine and responsible. Communications should always be clear, whether they entail customer service interactions or information about promotional events. Customers should never question your integrity, and your brand should always deliver on its promises. If you make a mistake at any time, take responsibility and apologize immediately.
