We were lucky to catch up with Manoj recently and have shared our conversation below.

Manoj, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

To provide a good and wide variety of state of the art, old and new school equipment for all levels of fitness enthusiasts, bodybuilders, powerlifters, strongman and Strongwomen

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

As a kid I was the fat and called/bullied by extended family as fattest and laziest but they dont know what I was thinking, I was not listening to fulfill the work that is assigned because I wanted to be and njoy some family time. So that’s when I decided I will be fit in future for sure.

As per business from my childhood I used to observe any events that I attend like how many services that are available and how much business is happening around me. My mind always worked this way and has so many business ideas bur was unable to fullfill them because of lack of money, That’s when I decided that I have to some kind of business that I’m passionate about and got an opportunity in the field I most love Fitness

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

Came to this country with $20 in my pocket and my parents sold their gold (life savings) so that I could have a better life in the US which has moved me a lot and motivated to save as much as I can so I can risk some money by investing or starting business and I was always thought to think long term rather than quick turn around

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

Stop thinking and start acting. I always used to think but never out anything into action but after coming to US and read about lots of business owners/ entrepreneur that they stopped thinking and started to act doesnt matter if its small. I always thought business needs a lots of money which I had to unlearn and can start with baby steps too.
