The mission of the PNW Women’s Network and the LIVE event is to empower and uplift women entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals through meaningful connections, resources, and support. This mission is deeply meaningful because it stems from a commitment to creating a community where women can thrive, share their experiences, and grow both personally and professionally. By providing a platform for education, inspiration, and collaboration, we aim to break down barriers and foster a supportive environment that encourages women to reach their fullest potential. This is not just an event; it’s a movement to champion women’s success and impact in the business world.

I’m the founder of the PNW Women’s Network and LIVE event, created to support and empower women entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals. My journey began in state government and transitioned into entrepreneurship, driven by a passion for connecting women and fostering a collaborative community. We offer networking opportunities, business resources, and events like LIVE, which provide tools and inspiration for personal and professional growth. What sets us apart is our commitment to authentic relationships and impactful experiences that help women thrive. I’m most proud of the strong, supportive community we’ve built and the tangible impact it has on women’s success.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

Building a reputation with the PNW Women’s Network has been rooted in a genuine commitment to community, connection, and collaboration. I’ve focused on creating valuable, impactful events and resources that resonate with women entrepreneurs and professionals. By consistently delivering high-quality content, fostering meaningful relationships, and prioritizing authenticity, I have established trust and credibility within my community. Engaging with my audience through relatable storytelling, actionable advice, and a supportive environment has helped me stand out. What truly sets this network apart is my dedication to empowering women and providing a platform where they feel seen, heard, and supported in their personal and professional journeys.

Have you ever had to pivot?

One of my favorite marketing stories is from building the first LIVE event in 2023, when no one knew who I was or what the PNW Women’s Network stood for. Determined to make a strong impression, I went “boots to the ground” and personally visited over 50 local businesses with handwritten cards and flowers to introduce myself and the event. This personal touch not only established my presence but also created a buzz about the network’s mission. From these initial connections, I built meaningful relationships with both local and corporate partners, like Stanley Brand, which laid the foundation for the success and growth of LIVE.
