Alright, Mana Djenie thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Do you take vacations? How do you keep things going – any advice for entrepreneurs who feel like they can’t step away from their business for a short vacation?
Yes, as an entrepreneur I do take vacations. Actually this is my favorite thing to do. I always take a break just to visit a new country, once or twice a year. For an entrepreneur, I definitely think that the best way to unlock your creativity and innovate is to step out of your normal day-to-day activities. Because taking a break from the business is always one of the benefits that allows an entrepreneur to succeed. Even a short break like a weekend will make a difference. Stepping away from your business won’t stop you from being successful, on the contrary it’’s like recharging your batteries which is good for your body and your brain. Vacations are definitely restorative it’s a way to maintain a healthy body, mind, and spirit which will affect your business positively. I know as business owners, we are always thinking of ways to grow the business and take it to the next level, but remember self care is a must, and If you are looking for the ideal balance for self-care, take my advice schedule yourself 2 weeks of vacation a year and watch your business grow.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Maña Djenie Pierre Louis, I am a servant of God, then CEO of the EezGRACE brand. Married and mother of a beautiful 3-year-old girl. Eezgrace is a Haitian Christian brand founded in July 2020, our goal is providing very good products for hair and skin while taking advantage of this to share the gospel to our followers and customers.
We offer effective products with the aim of growing and repairing damaged hair. One of our goals is to make it clear that, yes, black women can have long, healthy hair. This is why on social networks we share videos to teach our customers how to take good care of their hair by using our products to facilitate growth, restore hair and of course prevent possible damage. We offer a wide range that responds effectively to different needs.
Eezgrace wasn’t anything that I’ve dreamed about but 100% the grace of God in the middle of a crisis which was Corona Virus.
Taking care of my hair had become a passion following my big chop in 2014. God used this passion to bless others cause our products solved so many hair and skin problems, also a way to bless me financially. Since then what I do is discipline myself in all forms to keep this blessing.
What set me apart from others it is the fact that I lean not on my understanding, but I trust in the Lord with all my heart in every single aspect of my business. Where people use “I did” I use “God did”. Cause I believe that I can do things only through Christ which strengtheneth me.
I’m proud of the way I see my business impacts other young people’s lives. I received so many testimonies from followers telling me how I inspire them every day, how I help them to believe that yes they are capable to pursue their dream to become an entrepreneur.
And what I want my followers, clients and fan to know about me and my brand is not only we are working so hard give them what their skin and hair need but look forward to give more and more business opportunities in the future.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy is offering great deal to my customers, also put myself available for them whenever they have questions or concerns about something. Last but not least always showing the results that people get using our products.
How did you build your audience on social media?
Before I thought to promote your business on the networks everything had to be perfect, the pictures, the videos, everything had to be professional. Until I decided not to base myself on the criteria required by society but to be original while not losing sight of the objective which is to show the importance of what I sell.
My advice for those just started to build the social media presence is to never compare yourself to others , be “YOU” , focus , be consistent and be patient.
