Hi Malika, thanks for joining us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
I didn’t set out to start this business—I was simply helping people. It started with high-performing entrepreneurs and professionals coming to me with the same struggles: feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and stressed. They’d built success on the outside, but inside, they were wrestling with doubts, fears, and recurring challenges they couldn’t seem to break through.
They felt the pressure of maintaining their success but were secretly battling insecurities, burnout, and patterns that kept showing up no matter how much action they took. Many of them were trapped in a cycle: taking massive action, pushing harder, but never addressing the deeper issues. They didn’t realize their personal struggles—emotional wounds, limiting beliefs, or subconscious fears—were showing up in their business.
At the time, I had a strong business background in marketing and business management. I’d always been fascinated by psychology, behavior, and how the subconscious mind drives us. And I had something else—a gift. My intuition and clairvoyant abilities allowed me to deeply understand people, often better than they understood themselves. I could sense their emotions, see the patterns they couldn’t, and connect dots they didn’t know existed.
The more I helped, the more I realized something powerful: most business consultants focus solely on strategies, while personal coaches focus on mindset. But no one was bridging the two. No one was addressing how personal problems are business problems.
I started to connect the dots. What if I combined my expertise in business and psychology with tools like hypnosis, my intuition, and a 360-degree approach? What if I could help high performers tackle their deepest emotional blocks, resolve their business challenges, and unlock their full potential—all at once?
At first, I wasn’t sure if it would work. Would people trust this unconventional approach? Would they see the value? But every time I worked with someone, the results spoke for themselves. By addressing the root causes—the subconscious patterns holding them back—my clients started seeing breakthroughs they hadn’t experienced in years. Suddenly, they were making more money, leading with confidence, and finding peace and clarity.
And the best part? It wasn’t just about achieving more success—it was about feeling free. Free from the fears, doubts, and stories that had been running their lives and businesses for so long. Watching those transformations lit a fire in me. I knew I was solving a problem no one else was solving.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
For those who don’t know me yet, let me share a little about how I got here. My journey into this work wasn’t something I planned—it chose me.
I used to run a successful marketing company. On the surface, everything looked amazing. I was traveling the world solo for 13 months, living the kind of life people dream about. But deep down, I felt empty. I was doing it purely for the money, and it wasn’t filling me. I knew there was something more meaningful I could dedicate my life to—something deeper.
I was in Bali and this event completely changed my life. I had a mystical experience that changed everything. My clairvoyant abilities opened, and I started seeing the unseen—patterns, emotions, and energy that had always been there but that I had never noticed before. It was eye-opening, and it made me realize my marketing business was no longer aligned with who I was becoming.
So, I made the tough decision to close it down. I didn’t have a clear plan, but I knew I couldn’t keep doing something that didn’t feel right anymore. I had to trust the pull I was feeling. That’s when I discovered hypnosis. I learned how to rewire the subconscious mind, and it completely changed my life. The work I did with a hypnotherapist shifted so much in me that I thought, This is it. This is what I want to bring to people.
I had these new skills in hypnosis and my natural clairvoyant abilities, but I wasn’t sure how to use them. I didn’t want to be a spiritual guru—I’ve always loved business, and I knew I wanted to stay in that world. Then, people just started showing up. Entrepreneurs, high performers, and leaders were coming to me, asking for help. I didn’t market myself—it just happened. I started experimenting with different tools and techniques, and every single time, it worked.
That’s when I realized I had something special. I decided to create a business out of it and offer consulting, hypnosis sessions, and coaching. The people I attract are usually entrepreneurs and leaders who feel stuck. They come to me with business problems, but what they don’t realize is that those problems are often tied to personal challenges—things like fears, doubts, or subconscious patterns they’re not even aware of.
My approach is different because I help people connect the dots. I combine hypnosis, consulting, and my intuition to untangle subconscious blocks and clear the roadblocks in their business and life. How do you keep your team’s morale high?
When it comes to managing a team and maintaining high morale, I always tell my clients this: You are the leader, and your team is only as strong as your own strength. If you want a high-performing team, it starts with you. Instead of demanding more from your team, focus on mastering yourself so they follow your lead by example.
This means having integrity before you demand it from others. You need to be honest and transparent with yourself before expecting the same from your team. Everything begins with you. If you want to scale your business and build a team that’s truly aligned and high-performing, you need to become the kind of leader people want to follow.
A high-performing team isn’t just motivated by tasks or paychecks—they’re motivated by a bigger reason. People invest their time and energy into companies that align with their morals and values. One of the best frameworks I’ve learned for engaging a team is something I picked up from Natalie Dawson of Cardone Ventures. She emphasizes the importance of PPF: Personal, Professional, and Financial Goals. To truly engage your team, you need to connect their personal, professional, and financial growth to the success of your company.
Here’s what that looks like in action:
• Personal goals: Show your team how working with your company helps them grow as individuals, achieve their personal aspirations, and find fulfillment.
• Professional goals: Create clear opportunities for skill development, career advancement, and professional mastery within your organization.
• Financial goals: Ensure they see how their efforts translate into financial benefits, whether through raises, bonuses, or long-term incentives tied to the company’s success.
When you combine these goals with strong company core values and your own impeccable leadership, you create a culture where people feel committed, invested, and inspired to go above and beyond.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
What helped me build my reputation in the market is simple: my values, my integrity, my personality, and the unique skills I bring to the table—skills that are not duplicatable. My approach isn’t about giving you a set of principles to follow. My job is to connect you to yourself, to help you build the internal connection and strength so that you no longer need me. I give them the tools, the skills, and the belief in themselves to move forward independently.
When I work, I give 100%. I never hold back. I live by the quote, “Give more than you take,” and I make it a point to over-deliver on value—always giving more than people expect. That’s what earns their trust. It creates a safe, supportive space where people feel they can be vulnerable, and where they know their stories and struggles are handled with the utmost care.
