We recently connected with Magdalena Bleu Briggs and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Magdalena Bleu thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
My mission to create an all female Photography and Glamour services.
Fashion shoots/or Playboy like experience with professional hair and makeup artistry. To create sensual and glamorous images that mystify the viewer and empower the subject for years to come.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
All women should know how beautiful they are. Most women grow up comparing themselves to photoshopped or filtered images of professional models and celebrities. I thought all women should experience their personal fashion, or playboy style shoot. So I created Glamour Architects. Portrait photo sessions with hair and makeup included, so the client doesn’t have to worry about what glam to hire. We also help with styling and posing that best suits her angles.
Clients have been moved to happy tears after they see themselves in their images because they didn’t know they could look that pretty. I’ve had women seek my services after a difficult divorce, a huge win like loosing 100 lbs., or simply because it’s elegant to have a beautiful portrait of themselves where they look every bit like an icon.
A boudoir shoot is an expression of self love and self validation. Sexy is a super power an I can help you discover it.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
The quality of my work and my professionalism combined with my enthusiasm to help women feel cool and sexy in front of the camera has helped me build my reputation.
I answer emails and calls right away. I want my clients to know I hear them and I want their experience with me to be great.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
I started my creative career as a makeup artist and stylist for photographers. All male photographers, who constantly reminded me I was better off staying a stylist and makeup artist cause women were never successful as photographers. The sad part of it was that they really believed it and really felt they were helping me. I still work on un raveling that belief of self doubt within myself.
I think women photographers bring out different types of beauty in women; sensuality mixed with power and desire. A male photographer can brig out one or two of those attributes, but never all three in one image.
