Maeghan, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?
Whew, I love this question so much! It’s hard to choose just one because seeing my clients win is honestly one of my favorite parts of what I do. I’ve had the privilege of working with creators, service providers, and business owners inside my community, The Maximize Crew (TMC), as well as through one-on-one content strategy and mentorship, and the growth has been incredible.
One of my clients is a content creator and entrepreneur I’ve worked with closely on strategy and execution. Desi initially came to me to bring more visibility to her brand, and since then, she’s grown her Instagram to over 5,000 engaged followers, expanded her clientele, and even launched a second page with her mom to document their journey. The best part? She recently secured a international brand trip using tools, connections, and strategies she found inside TMC. It’s a reminder that showing up online with clarity and consistency really does pay off!
Stephanie, a real estate agent, enrolled in my Systems and Socials coaching, which I also teach through masterclasses inside TMC. She was tired of juggling it all. The contracts, client follow-ups, social media, and staying top of mind! After implementing my systems, automations, and backend strategies, she’s been able to manage her contract-to-close process seamlessly without outsourcing everything or paying high fees. And I can’t forget my husband. He actually hired me as his content creator to manage his real estate page. Since I took over, he’s doubled his clientele, increased his revenue, and now has a consistent stream of leads coming straight from Instagram. It’s been so fulfilling to see what happens when you treat content like the business tool it truly is!

Hey heyyy, I’m Maeghan Jones! I’m a multi-passionate entrepreneur, content creator, community builder, and strategist based in Georgia. I wear many hats, but everything I do centers around helping people maximize whether that’s their voice, their business, or their brand.
My journey started in the real estate industry where I worked my way up to associate broker, helping over 250 families and generating more than 61 million dollars in sales. But while I was building that business, I found myself drawn to storytelling and content creation. I started documenting life as a wife, mom, and entrepreneur, and before long, my platforms began to grow. Brands began reaching out. Clients started asking for help. And that’s when I realized content was more than just creative expression. It was impact!
Today, I run The Maximize Crew, a private community where entrepreneurs, content creators, and multi-layered individuals come together to get clear on their voice, refine their strategy, and stay consistent. I also offer mentorship and brand partnerships through my personal platform, where I create lifestyle, family, and business content that feels real and relatable. Behind the scenes, I’m still supporting my husband in real estate and running Maximize HQ, a coworking and event space in Downtown Powder Springs, Georgia.
Whether someone joins TMC, books a one-on-one session, or works with me on a brand campaign, the goal is always the same, help them simplify, show up, and grow! I love turning ideas into strategy, content into conversions, and building businesses that feel aligned and authentic.
What sets me apart is that I’ve been on both sides. I know what it’s like to juggle motherhood, business, and life while still wanting to build something meaningful. I’ve worked with everyone from big brands like Hyatt, Gerber and Kroger to the everyday mompreneur trying to figure it all out. I meet people where they are and help them move forward.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
My social media journey started like a lot of people’s, just sharing life as it happened. What really got my gears going to share more was when I got my real estate license. I documented it all, my early real estate career, my pregnancy, marriage, and becoming a mom. Over time, I realized my audience wasn’t just watching because they knew me. They stayed because of the way the content made them feel. I was being honest, relatable, and consistent even when I didn’t have it all figured out.
I didn’t blow up overnight! It was years of trial and error, but what really changed the game was learning how to be intentional. I started creating repeatable content series that felt binge-worthy and easy to connect with. Whether it was FaceTime-style videos, day-in-the-life content, or behind-the-scenes of motherhood and entrepreneurship, I focused on building trust more than going viral.
Now, I manage several pages including:

@ajoneslifestyle, our couple page focused on love, lifestyle, and marriage with a little spice
@closewiththejoneses, our real estate brand built around informative and engaging home content
Collectively, these platforms reach over 175,000 followers and have led to partnerships with brands like Hyatt, Kroger, Gerber, On Star, Georgia Aquarium, Solomon Brothers, Ego Home and more. But beyond numbers, it’s built a community of people who are genuinely invested in what I create.
For anyone just starting, my best advice is this: clarity and consistency will always matter more than aesthetics. Know who you’re speaking to, what you want to help them with, and commit to showing up even before it feels “perfect.” You don’t need fancy equipment. You just need to be real, strategic, and willing to grow in public!

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Hands down, the most effective strategy has been showing up online with value and consistency. Content has been my number one client generator whether it’s a paid brand deal, a mentorship inquiry, or someone joining The Maximize Crew. I’ve had people watch my content for months and finally say, “Okay, I’m ready.” That only happens when you’re creating with intention!
I treat every piece of content like it’s a conversation starter, not a commercial. I’m not just posting to sell, I’m posting to serve. When you show up with REAL value, whether it’s a tip, a truth, or a behind-the-scenes moment, people begin to trust you. And trust is what turns followers into clients.
Beyond content, having clear offers, systems, and automations has helped me grow without getting overwhelmed. My DMs don’t get ignored, leads don’t get lost, and people know exactly how to work with me. I also teach this same approach to my clients inside TMC and during my mentorship sessions and masterclasses. We simplify the client journey so it feels natural and not forced.
