We were lucky to catch up with Madison Lopez recently and have shared our conversation below.

Madison, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today If you’re open to it, can you talk to us about the best (or worst) investment you’ve made. What’s the backstory and the relevant context behind why you made the investment

The best investment I’ve ever made is investing in myself. Going through with an idea I had and making it my reality. Life is always changing and it’s so important to not regret things you do. So make the choice and choose you.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Hi, I’m Madison a little about me… I’m a mom of five amazing kids and I love photography. I’ve been taking it since I was a middle school kid but professionally for 4 years. I’m self-taught and have a passion for photography it gives me perspective, and allows me to see things in a different light. I call myself a Natural light photographer, because I love capturing those “Caption This” photos – which turn into lasting memories – is something that truly makes me happy.

I can’t take all the credit though God gave me this amazing talent and has truly blessed me with an incredible family that has pushed me to follow my passion. The support they give me is beyond words can describe. Without them, I wouldn’t be the person I am today. I’m so blessed to be doing something I’m passionate about. It’s the best thing ever.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Just going for it ! Reaching out to people in person or through social media.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

Asking my clients if they know anyone that would be interested in my photography services and having them simply share my information with that person.
