when I start to clen houses I was and it still as if it were my onw house ,with love ,exited and passion the idea come a person who needed help at home while she worked because she didnt have time to organized,clean,and maintenance her big home.with every little details that i did for her i grew to love and care for her more at this time ,every sigle day i fell that cleaning houses was wortwhile a business is very relevant for many familys today every time she sent me a new client for my business that was just starting out,i would tell myself you can do it ,focus,everything is just beginning

my name is madeline carolina reyes ,I have 32 years old come from dominican republic I am a mother of 3 beautifull girls and engaged to my partner ,I started my cleaning business working in a spa doing nails in this moment I have two work even while pregnant with my firts daughter,my motivation to move forward each day I leave in tampa for 13 years . I have 11 years of experience in cleaning services .My business offers janitorial cleaning,recidential and commercial cleaning move in move out ,and one time cleaning services ,for each my clients I bringfreshness organization and peace The big different between me and other people in the cleaning industry is that so many people see it as a hard and tiring job but i love my job i love clean I enjoy coming into a disorganized house and adding my own touch attention to every details CAROS CLEANING WITH MEANING is characterized as a young enterprising ,tireless and organized woman with visions and a desire to become a woman widely recognized for her hard work ,dedication,and love for cleanliness every day begins is anothers days to bring joy fresness and and love to every client and business that is in my hands.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
in 2020 I faced one of the most difficult moments of my life,I became very very sick and spent more time in the hospital that at home its very rare disease my body was covered in rashes all over all part of my body was disfigured out of nowhere,during that time i loss o lot many clients because the doctors could figure out what was wrong with me ,and that experiencie motivated me to continue to be even more resilient women that I already am ,I have fallen and gotten back up so many time this is part to be a resilience .when you have a dreams you need to work for it ,every sigle day and this dreams some time a long that path you will face many challenges will help you improve as a person as entrepreneur to become someone in the live , beliebe in yours self,your drems and goals.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
My best strategy is begging a consistent with my dreams to do a better good job, puntual and organized has been my best way to attract client because for so many years that i have worked in the cleaning market all ,my clients are coming recommended to each others!
