Madelin , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

My name is Madelin Carolina Reyes Guzman, I am 29 years old, mother of 3 girls, 8 years old, 7 years old, 1 year old. I am Dominican. I immigrated to this country 11 years ago. I have had different jobs, but in 2017 I started cleaning houses. I only had one and that was Recommending me to other clients! I have had clients with me for many years, I have never done any type of marketing, they have all been by recommendation from one another, the products I use in cleaning depend on the need of each job, I offer different services such as deep cleaning, regular cleaning , move out and move in cleaning , maintenance , one time , all my clients know me because my company is focused on making each client happy being very detailed that makes me different , I am proud of myself as a woman , mother , wife , daughter , companion to grow I want everyone to know that every day I wake up with more desire to grow and move forward achieve my goals to be able to go far that everyone knows the good work of expensive cleaning, and all the good things we have to offer each one of our customers !

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

my strategy in my work has been to do and give the best of myself and my work, be a punctual retailer and satisfy every need of each of my clients

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

my greatest source to have new clients is to do my best in my job because just one client is enough for him to recommend you to the others and everything becomes a chain recommending you to each other
