Maddie, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today The first dollar you earn in a new endeavor is always special. We’d love to hear about how you got your first client that wasn’t a friend or family.
I spent a great deal of my early career working in mental health and coaching. I used to lead trauma informed trainings and help leaders in the community with intuitive awareness, communication and compassionate strategy.
My business was ran by myself, I did my own websites, marketing, etc!
Once I started seeing these coaches begun to spread their wings it became clear my web design + graphic skills were an entirely new niche I didn’t realize I had!
I began offering creative design and consultation for entrepreneurs who wanted to get clear with their branding.
I had a friend I had taught yoga to in the past and her husband needed a website. They took a chance on me and in full for the project. Which was ridiculously underpriced at the time haha! But they got a website and domain Transfer and and thing that I had to work really hard to learn, understand and digest in the moment.
I was so proud of myself when I accomplished this website and happy to say they are still in business today!:)
Maddie, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
We are a media agency for conscious entrepreneurs and businesses in the wellness field.
We offer branding audits, long containers, 30 day packages, social media management + support, project management, back and front end business development, funnel creation, sales goal strategy, content creation, photography + videography and so much more!
What sets us apart is we are an extremely organized and highly communicative team. We do everything we can to hit all touch points on our projects and maintain a strong spiritual practice to ensure high vibrational energetics are associated with the work we are doing.
I want people to know that we value human connection and really focus on collaboration over competition. We love hosting communtiy gatherings, both in person and virtually!
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I use text which is a bit untraditional.
I prefer one simple mode of communication, maybe 2 if you include email. I like Instagram DM but it can get busy at times!
I like having natural and organic communication. I enjoy wishing clients happy birthday, asking about their families and loved ones! I like to keep in touch!

My journey of entrepreneurship through pregnancy and single motherhood was transformational and gave me a newfound strength and vitality for life and entrepreneurship.
Everything changed when I had my daughter and I’m so grateful for the experience because it really put a lot of things into perspective of how I wanted to live my life.
