We recently connected with Maddie Butcher and have shared our conversation below.
Maddie, appreciate you joining us today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?
At RCS, we want our customers to feel like they are family. When one of our clients family members passed away, we knew that was so heartbreaking for them to go through. We had our team sign and deliver a handwritten note, along with some fresh flowers and a few items to help them get through the next few days, to show that they were not alone through that dark chapter in life. The client later relayed that this small act definitely gave some hope and joy to their dark day.

Maddie, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
At Redemption Cleaning Services, we provide world class, consistent, non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning services. We believe our core values are what set us apart from others in our industry. Our core values are:

We truly are most proud of our top-notch cleaning systems that have allowed us to train our crew members to offer excellent cleans consistently. Through 40 years of learning from our mentors, and implementing each system that has given them ultimate success, we truly believe we have the best systems put in place to offer cleans that go above and beyond. Another aspect of the business that we are extremely proud of would be our crew members that show up each day and follow through with our systems, providing exceptional cleans with a smile on their face.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
In the cleaning industry, unfortunately a lot of companies will put the company itself first, and their clients last. By implementing the goal to always go above and beyond for the client, no matter the cost, we have built an extremely solid foundation and reputation. A large majority of our clientele has come from them not receiving the services that they were paying for through other companies. Through exceeding their expectations every single time, this causes customer loyalty because they are receiving above and beyond services every single time.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Word of mouth has brought in around 80% of our clientele. The other 20% has been for the most part organically brought in through social media outlets and Google services.
