We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Madden Ross a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Madden thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you talk to us about how you’ve thought about whether to sign with an agent or manager?
Yes, I signed on with the agency, Tiddle. I think they showed interest in me after I reached out to them. The timing was good as their company was starting to expand and they were looking for new creatives to work with. They were just starting to bring on male creatives at that time.
I learned about Tiddle from other influencers that I have become friends with. I only heard positive feedback about their agency. I felt comfortable and excited to work with them even more after having the opportunity to have a meeting with them. It was a good fit.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I started content creation because I wanted to become an influencer. I saw a lot of teenagers who were having fun and experiencing cool things as influencers. So, I took action myself and I decided to start posting. It was really slow for a lot of months but then in January 2025, it picked up more.
I create content that’s relatable to other teenagers. It’s not always specifically personal to my life but often times it is. I make efforts to be vulnerable or real in my work so that others who are able to relate, be encouraged and know that they’re not the only ones who feel the way they do.
I have had the opportunity to work with some brands and I hope one day to make my own clothing brand.
I am proud of the platform that I have created as well as my personal growth.
Collaborating with other creators has opened the door for so many additional opportunities and has definitely helped me.
I’m also happy that it inspires other people to go out and do their own content. We can’t be afraid of what others think of us. It can be scary to put yourself out there, but I’ve gained so much knowledge, so many friends and so many opportunities. I have
lot of gratitude.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
For many months my account wasn’t growing the way I wanted it to. I wasn’t getting many likes, views,or followers. My account got falsely age restricted and during that time people could not interact with my posts which intern affects the algorithms and the opportunity for growth. I was concerned my account might even die.
This was very disappointing and caused a lot of stress because it happened right as my platform started taking a positive turn. I continue to post content anyway. I created a second account as a backup, but I also just continued to make contact and trust it would resolve. it did!
After a handful of weeks and many attempts to contact the platform, my account was restored and quickly started growing again.

Is there something you think non-creatives will struggle to understand about your journey as a creative?
Most people who do not do social media only see your follower count. They don’t see the countless hours that goes into creating the content. There’s thought and work that goes behind posting even if it’s a video that’s 15 seconds long.
