We recently connected with Macy Munro and have shared our conversation below.

Macy, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

I’ve loved being creative as long as I could remember! I began that creative outlet whey I first started filming videos and photos of everything at age of 6. I then around the time I was 12 I started my YouTube channel! Then around 4 years after starting that I began to fall in love with photography! I love getting creative with locations, outfits, makeup literally everything that takes place during a Photoshoot!

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Hi my name is Macy Munro I am a 22 year old photographer from central Michigan. I began YouTube originally around 9 years ago now and slowly started to fall in love the aspect of photography around it I started to take photos of my close by friends and started to really love the creative that came with doing photo shoots I really enjoy getting creative with angles, lighting, locations, makeup, outfits it all just makes me so happy! I am most proud of how many people I have got closer to/ have met though photography! I want clients to know that I love getting creative when it comes to concepts in my photography! I also find it important for clients to have clients feel very happy and confident when they receive photos back!

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

I built my audience on social media by being consistent with posting my shoots on all platforms!
