Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Lynn Reublinger. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Lynn, appreciate you joining us today. Is there a heartwarming story from your career that you look back on?
My healing journey has led me to passionately cultivate wellness practices after a devastating Stage IV Metastatic breast cancer diagnosis tested my resilience. I felt as if my body betrayed me in so many ways physically and mentally.
Since I’ve begun my mindfulness and movement practice, I’ve noticed a vast improvement in my overall health and quality of life. I’ve learned to be gentle with myself and to accept all aspects of my life including my relationship with chronic pain.
I continue to instill these values in my students as well on and off the mat during retreats and restorative experiences.

Lynn, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
In today’s fast-paced society, burnout and daily stress are common. I offer techniques like yoga, meditation, and breathwork to help individuals navigate these challenges. My approach focuses on inner transformation, empowering people to break free from limiting patterns and discover their inherent capacity for healing. I provide a supportive space for exploring mind-body practices that cultivate peace, self-love, and joy.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
Through a challenging journey, I learned the invaluable lesson of prioritizing my well-being. I discovered that consistent self-care is the key to my productivity and creativity. Years of twelve-hour days as a public school teacher resulted in exhaustion and a metastatic breast cancer diagnosis. Even after that, I chose to work for six more years, which ultimately led to complete burnout. I then made the conscious decision to unlearn the outdated hustle culture and embrace a sustainable lifestyle.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Changing careers marked a profound shift towards self-acceptance and love, embracing my imperfections. I replaced self-limiting beliefs with daily practices of mindfulness, gratitude, movement, and healthy living. Finding community and becoming an advocate in the breast cancer community has been deeply rewarding, allowing me to empower others. This journey of inner strength has paved the way for a more fulfilling career path.
