We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Lul Bandz a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Lul, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think it takes to be successful?

I think it takes a mountain of strength and determination to be successful in whatever you do . Sometimes less then more you will have a struggle with having people to support you when you’re on your very own journey so the only remedy to that , is too be strong and maintain that gritty strength that keeps you going through everything no matter what .

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I am Lul Bandz some people refer to me as Bandz but I come from a small town not very many people , I have struggled and strived with many shortcomings and downfalls throughout my career but I have maintained a steady trajectory towards success throughout the journey.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

I had to step away from people that show hate and try to disguise it as “joking around or playing around”

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

I simply worked myself to complete each and every one of my goals , I would work fast food , construction, a trade , handyman labor .
