Hi Luke, thanks for joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

My mission is to help those passionate about skiing and snowboarding pursue their dream powder day. This has been my passion since I was a child, and have now turned it into a career. Forecasting and chasing storms, while documenting the experiences, has been my passion for so many years, so being able to bring similar experiences to others is very fulfilling. Just as I crave to be riding in the deepest snow and capturing that footage, I love to be able to help others achieve that same dream.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I worked my way into the industry over the course of several years. First, as a self taught forecaster, I began forecasting snow storms for several websites. Next, I pursued a graduate degree in Atmospheric Sciences to further hone my abilities. Meanwhile, my experience chasing and documenting storms through videos was growing as well. My experience forecasting and chasing storms all over North America gives me a unique knowledge of finding the deepest snow at the best resorts. I want to help my clients achieve their perfect powder day.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Growing a social media profile form scratch is a big challenge. A few of the most important factors include consistency, finding your niche, research, and persistence. Keep trying different things, and once you find what works for you, stick with it. Trial and error is required to make it throwing the early stages.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

The most important thing that helped me build my reputation was visual proof that I can provide the services I offer.
