Luis Kiké, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

Our mission is to create a restaurant environment that made everyone feel like family and to provide Mexican eating experience by delivering food prepared to order and doing it quickly! Everything we make is in house daily so we can deliver fresh – never frozen! We are so pleased for your support which has always been a motivation to give our best and to serve you better!

Luis Kiké, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

We started December 2021 selling food on the weekends realizing how much of a success it was, we decided to open a restaurant. Kiké’s Kitchen offers a familiar selection of Mexican cuisine with a special twist. Some of its specialty items include quesatacos, birria, ramen and consomé dipping sauce. The ingredients are all fresh and cut by hand daily.

Luis Kikè Moreno is the chef and has 20 years of experience cooking. It is his passion, he said. He began his career by creating various salsas that eventually turned into a hit. Before Kiké’s Kitchen, people would ask Luis Moreno to create a salsa for special events, such as weddings. Since it is a family-owned business, they try to bring that energy to the customers as well.

Any fun sales or marketing stories?

A few months ago we had a client that came to purchased some tacos and Pozole (soup) then he came back 20 minutes later and said I just came back to let you guys know that my mom passed away a few years ago and just want to say Thank you you guys just remind me of my childhood when she used to cook for us it tastes like my moms food. We all had watery eyes. I was an amazing moment!
