We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Luis Bringas a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Luis, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
Relationships are the key to being a successful business. BN Fabrications continually communicates with the customer every step of the process. It is imperative that we understand the needs and wants of the client to ensure that their expectations are being met. The individuality of each project requires this constant back and forth communication to produce a high quality product.

BN Fabrications was founded in 2013 in Parker, CO. We specialize in creating custom fabrications tailored to specific customer needs. I, personally, started in the industry 12 years ago when I was recruited to assist a colleague in completing a custom food truck. My reputation for quality craftmanship, paired with my desire to learn and add to my skill set, made this move a good fit. 2 years later I started BN Fabrications where we work on customized fabrications with metal. I take an abstract idea from the customer and we bring that idea to life. All my projects are unique to the customer and rely on constant communication. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality product that exceeds customer expectations. How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
One of the most important ways to build your reputation is to provide a high quality product with excellent customer service. I constantly strive to give the customers a product that will last and meet their individual needs . This attention to detail results in my customers referring me to their friends, colleagues and associates. My customers return to me for future projects because they know that they will receive an excellent product.



How did you build your audience on social media?
Building an audience on social media is an ongoing process that involves a lot of trail and error, in addition to a great deal of time. This is an area that we continue to grow in as we try different platforms and techniques. Getting customer feedback on social media posts is important to gage the effectiveness of this valuable tool. Our advice would be to post as much as you can in a variety of different platforms to reach as many customers as possible to establish a social media presence. Even if you start small, it gives your business more exposure to a variety of customers and expands your market.
