Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Ludy Saintil. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Ludy, thanks for joining us today. We love asking folks what they would do differently if they were starting today – how they would speed up the process, etc. We’d love to hear how you would set everything up if you were to start from step 1 today
If I was starting over I would not compare my first year in business or my first year in anything with someone’s else ‘s 5 year in business or whatever it is they are doing . I would also tell myself that the process to achieving life goals does not have to be perfect. Just start. One of the reason I am where I am today is because I am able to fully embrace who I am in God and the lane He has created for me. I realized the more I focused on the path He has set for me is the more fulfilled I feel and the people that were called to me are impacted.

Ludy, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
The bible declares “I came so that they could have life—indeed, so that they could live life to the fullest.” John 10:10 CEB.
I had to unlearn that God does not want His children broke, busted and disgusted while fulling His purpose. I am originally from Golden-Acres the projects which is located in the heart of Pompano Beach. Things were not easy for me growing up and I think it’s safe to say that for my peers as well but one thing our parents did for us as kids was shield us from poverty or lack. We didn’t quite know what it felt to be without because our parents worked their two or even three jobs to make sure we had uniforms for school and food to eat. They did their best to acknowledge us on our birthdays and to make sure we never went without. but I realized as I matured that having just enough became a norm . There was never an overflow. So, when I went through some financial hardships as an adult or didn’t quite understand why I became comfortable with having just the minimum. I quickly found away out to get out of that poverty mindset and afraid to dream big for my own life. Which lead me to my verse above. Once I encountered God. My circle of influence changed. My mindset changed, my attitude changed, my speech changed and the way I viewed money changed. I realized that God wanted me to enjoy life and If was not enjoying life than I was not living the Life God want me to live.
“You’ll neve boldly pursue what you don’t feel you deserve. what you expect determines what you accept”. It was hard to imagine a bigger and more successful life. I felt bad at times for wanting better. I accepted this poverty mindset because that what I been exposed to so I expected less. When I got a hold of God’s promises and saw the lives of some great men and women living life on purpose and enjoying it. It inspired me study and put God word to work. Has life been easy while transitioning my mindset? NO but one thing I’ve learned is that I can do all things through God who has strengthen me and whatever it is I don’t have or don’t know. I can ask Him and He will send those people on my path to educate me to help me get to where I need to go. To whomever reading this. You can hide from people, the uncomfortable, from the things you fear but the good news is you can’t hide from God and what he has created you to do on this earth and those dreams you have on the inside. God can , and often will, send someone you don’t even know that will challenge your small thinking to invite you to meet a bigger version of yourself and that’s what unlearning and relearning looks like.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
One of the lines I go by is this “You will never run out of things to say if you just stick to your story”. Personally I’ve learned to remain authentic and true to myself no matter where I am. I’ve learned to do this with my story and brand. I also learned that consistency is the key if you want to build your reputation. When I stepped out into entrepreneurship or what I like to call it purpose. I’ve learned very early that an audience of one is still an audience. One sale I receive for the day is still a customer. I’ve learned to embrace the beginning stages of my entrepreneurship whether I had one customer or standing in front of 5 people. I did everything in excellence and believed I was hosting in front of hundreds and thousands of people and making hundreds and thousands in sells. Learning to be happy truly helped shaped my mindset in business. which eventfully made grateful for where I am today.
