We recently connected with Lucky Agbontaen and have shared our conversation below.
Lucky, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Have you been able to earn a full-time living from your creative work? If so, can you walk us through your journey and how you made it happen? Was it like that from day one? If not, what were some of the major steps and milestones and do you think you could have sped up the process somehow knowing what you know now?
From day one., I have always believed I could make a living out from my creative work., and that self-belief., and working towards it had indeed been what has made a lot of achievements I have now possible ., even when there were barricades alongside..,but so far so good!
If I had maneuvered my way through and cheated on the stead process to this height.,am not fully sure I would have attained the achievements I have now.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Okay the category of creative work I provides has significant solutions it renders to my clients which are varied, owing to the emotional and psychological demands of my clients.,
Am a visual artist.,and on that fact., I use my art as an eye opener., because it stands as an exposure of unknown and/or hidden facts of life, the now and then society.,it positively navigates my clients mood and emotions on fitst glance .,hence,it serves as an emblem of aesthetic creativity in any space it’s embraced upon

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
For any one, especially artists,to attain a certain level of success and achievement., he/she must inculcated the ability of resilience., because art is patience .,
I for one. While in school was known to have less patience while producing my piece.,that has been my major challenge in the long run.,but one good thing was.,the end product of the piece was always captivating and I was hell fast, but what it lacked was brilliance ., I noticed that was one thing that turned a flaw to me., so I didn’t give up but had to learn how to be resilient.. and today ,it paid off

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
The most rewarding aspect of being an artist is the fact that it subjects you to the unexplainable freedom to be yourself
