In my approach to architecture, I bring a deep understanding of the rich tapestry of Los Angeles architecture, drawing inspiration from the city’s diverse cultural influences and architectural styles and connecting that with REAL properties. This allows me the ability to connect special properties that resonate with my clients who are also passionate about architecture and design and the unique character of the city.

My 20 years of building and design experience have been shaped by a lifelong immersion in the industry, as I grew up watching my grandfather, an immigrant from Mexico, who instilled in me a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and attention to detail. This background has not only honed my technical skills but also instilled in me a profound understanding of the human element in design. I prioritize truly understanding my client’s wants and needs, ensuring that every home reflects their vision and enhances their lives.

The best source of new clients for me has undoubtedly been the heartfelt referrals from past clients. I am incredibly appreciative of the trust and confidence they have placed in me, and it’s truly humbling to see the impact of positive experiences being shared within their networks.

In addition, I have found that social events, particularly architecture gatherings and music events, have provided valuable opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for design and creativity. These settings have not only allowed me to expand my professional network but have also led to meaningful conversations and new client relationships.

Moreover, I have been thrilled to see that clients are now discovering my work through social media, particularly through my architectural posts. Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

Reflecting on my journey, one story that truly illustrates my resilience is the challenging transition from a corporate tech job to pursuing my passion for architecture and real estate. Starting out in this new industry was incredibly difficult, especially knowing that I had only one year’s worth of savings to support myself as I dedicated myself to this new path.

The first six months were particularly tough as I hadn’t closed a deal, and I began to feel the weight of uncertainty and worry. However, my unwavering passion for design and my deep desire to help people find their perfect spaces kept me going. I knew that I had to be super dedicated to the game and remain resilient in the face of adversity.

At the six-month mark, my perseverance paid off, and I finally cracked the egg. Deals started to flow in, and I began to see the fruits of my hard work and determination. This experience taught me the value of resilience, patience, and unwavering belief in my passion. It reinforced my understanding that success often requires persistence, and that the most rewarding achievements are often born from the most challenging journeys.

Ultimately, this journey has shaped me into the dedicated and resilient professional I am today, and it has instilled in me a profound appreciation for the transformative power of perseverance and passion in the face of adversity.
