Loy, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today One of the things we most admire about small businesses is their ability to diverge from the corporate/industry standard. Is there something that you or your brand do that differs from the industry standard? We’d love to hear about it as well as any stories you might have that illustrate how or why this difference matters.

I am very detailed oriented and often called a perfectionist, I personally train our staff to make sure that units are 100% impecable before the guest stays in the property. I pay attention to every single detail, from impeccable linens, to karate chopped decorative pillows to enhance my sofas and beds, to paying close attention to what my guests needs and expectations are.
We also do a market research to choose the perfect locations with state of the art amenities.
Such as fitness centers, pools, business centers, for our clients to enjoy while staying in one of our rentals.

Our rentals are close to everything the city has to offer, literally minutes away from the cities top attractions, to ensure that our customers are at ease without having to travel far distances for daily needs.

Among my guests are corporate travelers and traveling nurses. I had a nurse staying at one of our units for 6 months and besides her being our client she also became like family to us, she often expressed in her reviews how she prefers us over other rentals because we stay in top of everything and provide a relaxed and welcoming environment.

My name is Loy Hernandez I am the founder of ML Luxury Property Holdings we are a corporate short term housing provider. We provide luxury accommodations for corporate clients, traveling nurses, and profesionals traveling to the area for business.

My marketing background gives me the ability to diversify myself in a big way, because I strive to help businesses reach their top potential.

I became interested in the short term rentals sector because I used to travel often for business and found myself browsing for hours through places to stay that fit my needs.
I would come across many properties but noticed they were lacking the aesthetics and comfortability of their spaces.
I told myself why dont I create a beautiful, comfortable and safe rental that photographs well and yields many happy guests.
I curated designs that stands out among the many listings in the market, thats how one year ago ML Luxury Property Holdings was founded.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

A well-staged home will stand out in the market.

If you style your corporate rental right – your guests will do your marketing for you. The short term rental industry is becoming more and more competitive which means having a property that stands out for all the right reasons is vital if you want to secure glowing reviews, better ratings and more bookings.

A beautiful, inviting interior can be the deciding factor for people when booking a home. It will be what will convince them to choose your rental rather than moving on to another listing.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?

showing the customer how important they are to us and the business, by interacting with them in a friendly, helpful and positive way. The idea is to leave a lasting impression on customers by working with them and assisting them in the best way possible. Prompt communication and keeping communication promises.
First impressions are important, so it’s essential that our customer service representatives are courteous.
Also, satisfied guests are more likely to come back and be loyal to our company.
