Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Love Austine. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Love, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s talk legacy – what sort of legacy do you hope to build?
Creating unique and sophisticated designs that stand out in the fashion industries. Conveying my style, values, and artistic vision through my designs

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My name is Austine love. Hail from Edo state Nigeria, I’m a fashion designer. I started developing great love for fashion and designing from age 6.my mum was a fashion designer and was working at a fashion department in Auchi polytechnic. During my primary school days, my dad would pick me from school and drop me with my mum at work,I loved how she worked with the machine and I also saw students in the department.later when I gained admission into junior secondary school, my mum always complained about how I play too much during my holidays and she decided to play a fast one on me(laughing)
My mum told me to get ready one morning during my holiday,I wore a purple dress and black heels, only for my dad to send me back to wear something simple, not knowing my mum wanted to take me to the shop, where she already registered me to learn,I cried when I found out,I love fashion but I wasn’t ready.but as time went on,I became more interested in the fashion work and I bless my parents each day that passes,
After my secondary school,I gained admission into higher institution and studied Fashion designer and Clothing Technology In Auchi Polytechnic.
I went to other big fashion industries during my IT to learn more and upgrade my skill.
After I graduated,I went to a fashion academy for an upgrade.
Today I own a fashion brand (VERTEX STYLE)
We redefine fashion with our unwavering commitment to quality, luxury and elegance

Can you open up about how you funded your business?
I was born into a family that everyone has to fend for themselves, my parents played their roles well, sent me to school and did everything they had to do during my school days. During my school days,I already started making plans for my after school life,so I had to work towards those plans.
I was working and schooling at the same time, there was a male designer I was sewing female designs for,I go to school by 8am,close by 5:30pm and go to work from that time and close by 9pm,I was also going to work on Saturdays and Sundays after church service, just so I could meet up with the jobs I had. It’s wasn’t so convenient, but I had to try because I needed to save some money,so I can get the necessary things I needed to start up my own place.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Most clients patronize us because of our designs they have seen and for the fact that we pay serious attention to detailing
