Louis , appreciate you joining us today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?

To be successful is following your body’s natural current. Catering to your needs and belief. To be a war with the world but have peace within. Knowing that your success is YOUR SUCCESS and not anyone else’s. These are standards I have built for a clear path to success. I also understand the value of consistency. Being consistent yet working at a pace that doesn’t diminish my art in any way shape or form.

Louis , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I developed my brand BuraldaWorks and have created music for years. I remained consistent in releasing content such as videos of me dancing, illustration, and mostly rapping. I would be lying if I said that the views wouldn’t be a little discouraging at times. Eventually I discontinued releasing content until I was laid off from my job. That’s when my mother told me this is a great time to focus on the things I love doing. So I did.

Shortly after multiple videos of my content went viral. I was introduced to people from all industries whether it was music, sports, acting, and of course the arts. This gave me a real sense of motivation and I began polishing my brand. Creating logos, person pieces, and selling my original art to the masses. I’ve even illustrated an entire book!
Since early 2020 my career has took off and I haven’t looked back since.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

I built my audience on social media because I used it for what I thought it was meant for…. A PLATFORM. As far as creativity I was an open book. Giving people something to stare at as far as my artwork and dance moves. Giving people something to hear and feel as far as my music. Giving the audience something to FEEL as far as the message in my music and illustrations. Overall just connecting with my audience.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

The best source of new clients is literally social media. Continuing to put out new content brings me a new client everyday.
