Alright, Louboutin thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What did your parents do right and how has that impacted you in your life and career?
I was raised in a single parent household by my mother. My mother has ultimately impacted my life as well as my career. I watched my mother struggle to raise four kids, with me being the youngest. My mother worked 2 jobs sometimes even 3 jobs to provide for us. She taught and instilled in us a hard work ethic. She taught us that nothing in life is free l, and that we would have to work for what we want. She also, let us know that we could achieve anything we put our mind too and nothing is out of reach.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
So when it comes to my title I wear many hats. I’m a Graphic Designer as well as an Influencer/Content Creator. I have a degree in Graphic and Web Design and have been working as a freelance Designer for over 10 years now. At the beginning I had many obstacles I had to overcome to get me to where I am in my career today. Even when times got hard and I wanted to quit I never gave Up. Within the recent years I’ve became entangled in being a Influencer/Content Creator. It’s one of those things that kind of happened on it’s on. I’ve worked with of bunch of different brands that send me free products in exchange for post review.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
So over the years I have became popular on social media on sites such as Instagram and TikTok. On Instagram I have 24.6k Followers and 30.5k Followers on TikTok. People always ask me how did I get so many followers and what’s the secret. Well the secret to growing your following is to just be yourself. I feel like so often on social media people try to recreate what they see because they think that’s what people like. But In reality when you comes as your truest self and you’re not pretending to be anyone’s else, people Respect and engage with it more. Originality is Key.
Is there mission driving your creative journey?
So one of my huge goals that drives my creative journey is me searching for a way to provide Generational Wealth for my family. I’m a gay man and I want kids, but I’m not sure if I will have them or not. However, either way I want to leave behind a Legacy and be remembered for doing something great.
