Lorri, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
As a baby boomer, I chose the road less traveled. While many in my generation were settling down, getting married, and starting families, I set out to build something of my own. Becoming an entrepreneur wasn’t the easy path, but I wanted control over my future. It meant hard work, sacrifices, and relentless determination to create financial independence. I climbed the ladder of success, building a multimillion-dollar business—but I learned that money and success alone don’t buy happiness.
Life has a way of closing one door while opening another—sometimes even wider. That belief gave me the strength, faith, and confidence to pursue my dreams without looking back or worrying about what others thought. When it’s time to make a life-changing decision, you feel it. Stop waiting for perfection—just do it, and do it messy!
We all have a choice: to simply survive or to thrive. Taking a leap of faith, stepping onto the skinny branch, and carving your own path is where true fulfillment begins. At 47, I adopted a baby on my own. At 51, I embarked on my second career in health and wellness. It was challenging, but it was also the most rewarding decision of my life. It reignited my passion, gave me purpose, and allowed me to serve others—helping them find their own miracles, to live fearlessly and fully.
We don’t have to settle! Life doesn’t happen to you—it happens for you. Opportunities and challenges will always come your way. The question is, will you be fearless enough to embrace them?

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
After spending 20 years in the fashion industry, I realized I wanted a career with deeper purpose—one that aligned with my values and made a lasting impact. My journey into the health and wellness industry was personal; living with an autoimmune disease taught me that nothing is more important than our health. I knew I could build trust with my clients and help them create simple, sustainable habits tailored to their unique needs—empowering them to live fulfilling, vibrant lives.
I believe that true transformation starts with listening. We were given two ears and one mouth for a reason: to truly understand the underlying challenges people face. Through this, I’ve developed a strong foundation of discipline in my own life. I joined the 5 AM Club to dedicate an hour each morning to personal growth—meditation, reading, stretching, affirmations, and journaling. I commit to daily movement, whether it’s a workout or 10,000 steps. My journey is fueled by motivational books, inspiring podcasts, and confidence-building seminars.
Choosing the right brand to align with was just as important as the work itself. I wanted to stand behind a company that reflected my values—not just in its products but in its ethics. Have you ever had to pivot?
Knowing when to pivot is essential in business. Sticking to the same approach while expecting different results leads to stagnation. A difference in vision between business partners created tension and ultimately led to a painful split. However, this challenge became a turning point, allowing for personal growth and the pursuit of true aspirations. The experience reinforced the importance of daily self-development as a foundation for success.
When one door closes, another door opens wider.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
While the client may not always be right, it’s essential to make them feel heard, valued, and confident that you have their best interests at heart. Trust is the cornerstone of any successful business—it fosters strong relationships, creates a positive environment, and puts everyone at ease.
You’re in business not just to earn an income, but to share your talent in a way that brings happiness and results to your clients while also providing a thriving space for your employees. Balancing these needs isn’t always easy, but it is possible when you stay committed to your vision.
For me, keeping that vision at the forefront and consistently building trust with those around me was key. Because at the end of the day, trust is the foundation upon which lasting success is built.
