We were lucky to catch up with Lorenis Jordan recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Lorenis thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Earning a full time living from one’s creative career can be incredibly difficult. Have you been able to do so and if so, can you share some of the key parts of your journey and any important advice or lessons that might help creatives who haven’t been able to yet?

Le Petit Balloons started as a Hobby. In first time I was doing the birthday party for my youngest daughter, 1 and half years ago. I really loved make the party and I started to find any company to take trainings about balloons. I was working like truck driver in a recognized company 12 hours in the day and I decided start with my own company in balloons. I took a lot of classes, to many trainings to get the best tecniques to create art with balloons, this is the best way to offer to the customers the best memories for their celebrations. Today I already got the most important certified as Balloon Artist for a recognized company of Balloons named Pionner Balloons or Qualatex balloons. It is a international certification as Balloon Artist and I am so happy to be a CBA (Certified Balloon Artist)

Today, I live with this magical dream, I really love create beautiful moments to every single client who trust on me to make their most importants moments in their lives the best moments.

My name is Lorenis Jordan. I am Enviromental Engineer, from Venezuela. I am married and I have 3 beautiful princess. I came to USA 6 years ago and I started with balloons almost 2 years ago.

I work with my whole family. My husband is who create all ours backdrops, marquee numbers and letters and everything that we need for the parties. My youngest daughters help me to make balloons when we have to many parties. They are 11 and 5 years old. And my oldest daughter, she is 12 years old, she is who is helping me in all about the preparations for every set up. For me is really important that they know that everything in the life needs hard and honest work and we really love work as a big family together.

Le Petit Balloons is a company where we create the best memories for your celebrations, we do art with balloons. We can transform any empty space with art. We rent walls, backdrops, letters, numbers, cube tables, carpets, and we can design all that you need to celebrate your bithdays, baptism, weddings, graduations or any celebration that you want. We came from a country when we could be a professional (engineers). Come to USA and start from scratch, never was a big problem for us, because our goal is that our daughters can study a professional career here, because in Venezuela we can’t to offer them that oportunity due the bad situation there. So, when you have an important goal doesn’t matter if you have to clean a house, offices, restaurants etc. The most important thing is to have the best actitude and to have to God in front of your live. For us like a family, God is the center of our lives and with Him we can have all that we dream it

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

My presence in social media is a hard work that you can reach with constancy and love. All that you need to do is being everyday trying to get the best techniques to offer the best products to your clients. Also take classes because the Knowledge is power and don’t give up. The opportunities are for everyone, only wait in God your moment, He has big doors open to everyone
