Loren, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
My personal mission is to create an environment that embodies inclusiveness regardless of goals, budget, and background. My emphasis is ensuring that the customer has a positive experience from the minute we connect to the minute they find their home. Loren Morris Real Estate is built on my passion to build long-term relationships with my customers. I enjoy and have experience working with a diverse group of customers; from first-time home buyers, people relocating to the Dallas area, and buyers that are upsizing or downsizing. I feel passionate about this mission in both my personal and professional life because I believe that everyone deserves a place that they can call home and a professional to help turn that dream into a reality.

I grew up in the DFW area and played sports throughout my life. In my free time, I love spending time with family friends, and my dog. My competitive spirit, drive, and passions lead me into the real estate industry at a young age. I solve problems for my clients by closing the knowledge gaps they may have about the ever-changing real estate market. I want my clients to feel comfortable and heard throughout the entire process. I pride myself on not cutting corners and providing the best possible experience for all of my clients. I am most proud of my success with a vast population of clients. I love to stay in contact with my clients so they know that I am always here for them, and I consider a lot of my previous client’s friends. My brand is about being inclusive, adaptable, and open throughout the entire process. I love to share my passion for real estate with others and nothing beats the joy of welcoming someone into their new home.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I believe that treating my clients as family has helped build my reputation within the market. I have never left a deal unfinished even when the odds are stacked against me. I strive to be open and honest with my clients and give them as much information as I can upfront. I keep an open line of communication with my clients and can be contacted at any time before, during, or after the process. I believe my clients have helped me create my reputation through word of mouth. I treat my clients like family and they know that they can trust me to help the people that they refer. I hope that my hard work, dedication, and passion are reflected in the reputation I have built throughout the DFW area. I am always open to connecting with other young professionals, those interested in the DFW real estate market, and potential future homeowners/renters. I hope to be remembered for my passion, spirit, and hardworking drive in the real estate market. I am looking forward to continuing to grow my reputation in a positive light in the DFW area.
Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
In the real estate industry, things are everchanging. It is important for me to stay up to date on the latest trends, research, and continuing education. I am constantly enrolling myself in training, modules and learning from my mentors and those I look up to in the industry. I strive to be up to date on the latest, so my clients can be sure they are receiving the best possible advice and guidance from me. While I acknowledge that it is impossible to know it all, I try to educate myself as much as possible. I am fortunate that Rogers Healy provided a mentorship program and has given me the opportunity to shadow those who are well-established in the industry. A specific book that has impacted my management, entrepreneurial thinking, and philosophy, is ” The Honest Real Estate Agent” This book gave me insight into how to make real estate into a fulling and meaningful career.
