Too often the media represents innovation as something magical that only high-flying tech billionaires and upstarts engage in – but the truth is almost every business owner has to regularly innovate in small and big ways in order for their businesses to survive and thrive. Can you share a story that highlights something innovative you’ve done over the course of your career?
Thank you! It’s a pleasure. During the pandemic, I produced a travel-inspired and cultural event series called, “The Baltimore Travel Experience: Spotlighting Baltimore’s Tourism & Culture”™️.
Post Covid-19, we needed to rebrand ourselves. We asked ourselves: 1) How can we make our agency standout and be competitive? 2) How can we help our community (instead of complaining!)? 3) Why and what intrigues people to travel?
Based on our research, we learned that people want new found experiences and want to see what’s so different outside of where they live. I wanted to create an event series that offers an eclectic experience that highlights my city of Baltimore and what it offers tourists as well as locals. From there, I created “The Baltimore Travel Experience”™️. The event welcomes tourists and the people of Baltimore to explore the different communities/neighborhoods, its attractions, and to learn about its rich history and culture.
As an agency, the event series helps us generate and retain our clientele and enhances our sense for community awareness and involvement.

Sure! My name is Loren Jackson Adams and I am the Founder/CEO of Destinations Reached Travel Consulting and Services. We are a Premier Group and Specialty Travel Managment Firm based out of Baltimore County with office space located in Hunt Valley, MD. We’ve been in business for 13 years assisting our clients with group itinerary development and management that meets specified requirements surrounding the needs of mass travelers, while providing specialized services and ensuring a pleasant, seamless process from beginning to end.
I entered the travel industry with a goal to create lasting, nostalgic memories for my customers for years to come. Everyone loves hearing, “Remember when we all went to this place…” And, those memories involve some level of travel with loved ones for years to come.
We distinguish ourselves from other travel agents/agencies by our positive community reputation, industry credentials (e.g., American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), Travel Planners International (TPI), and Virtuoso), and our ability to stay in trend and ten steps ahead of our competition in providing the best customer service experience.
We have a responsibility to guide and educate our clients during the destination and vendor (brand) selection process. We execute requirements capture to ensure safety, lifestyle alignment, and cultural (local) awareness for good decision making and acclamation. We are not your “typical” travel agents with weekly travel promos. We are travel designers and consultants with years of experience and exclusive access that most are denied.
