Londyn , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think Corporate America gets wrong in your industry? Any stories or anecdotes that illustrate why this matters?

Corporate America convinces you that their morals, princibles and paychecks are enough. This is the American dream, and the truth is most of us tend to believe that. In reality its just enough to keeo you poor, depnding on 1 source of income, one man/womans rules and morals. Im not saying being in corporate america is bad, im saying that understanding Financial Literacy is going to change your life. creating new streams of income, understaning leverage, purchasing wealth producing assets to build wealth and much more. Thats where I come in to help you understand that theres other options.

Londyn , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Im londyn Richie The Progressor, I help entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs Start, fund and grow their business. In addition I teach you how to build wealth through residential and commercial realestate. I believe god gave me this. I had no idea i would be doing this but once i learned about financial literarcy it completely changed my life. I said I have to teach and tell everybody. There is no way people know about this. I started off as a studet and bottle girl. that then changed once i learned the power of credit. I later then became a licensed professional. I learned how to combine the two and this has allowed me to purchase real estate, retire my mom lauch my academy and more.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

Funding your business is a great topic because its the core of what I teach. Most eople think they should fund their business themselves, when in reality the banks have a ton of money to help you get started you just need to know how to QUALIFY, thats where I come in handy. So i started my business with money I made as a bottle girl but you should focus on three things Personal credit, business credit and business structure. If you have 2 or all three you can ask the banks for anything you want, the better the scores the better the interest rate. start fund and grow your business leveraging something thats free – your credit

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

of course, the progressor brand started out as a manifestation journal, we dont even sell physical products anymore. The transition came about once i realized what i was manifesting started to actyally happen but it took actual understanding to make it all make sense. so now i comine the two claiming the life you want but going out there to get it. when god gives you opportunity you have to be prepared. If it was up to me my brand wouldve been something else but now its perfect for who i am and what i do. be open to learning and transitioning
