Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Logan Clark. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Logan, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
The legacy I want to build is one of inspiration. At the moment, I’m in the infancy of my creative journey, but that only helps to motivate me more. Using the visuals I produce, I hope to inspire the viewers, whether that be creatively or practically. I want people to look at my work and instantly know the kind of person I was, along with what I stood for. I want people to look at my work and stop their current thoughts to appreciate the message I was trying to convey. I want people to look at my work and use it as inspiration for their own personal work or journey. This is what I want to be remembered for. Beautiful visuals that inspire people beyond what was intended. My visuals should be looked at over and over again, with each view bringing fourth a new meaning or thought.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I am a photographer / videographer in the Houston, Texas area. I got into this industry close to 3 years ago, after being confined to my home during the Covid- 19 pandemic. I decided to use this time to pick up a new hobby, which eventually led to much more than that. Starting off taking photos of flowers in my backyard, I fell in love with photography, and wanted to learn every aspect of it. I spent hours upon hours reading about this craft, watching videos on how to improve, and just asking questions to any and everyone. This exploded my growth, and left me eager to take more photos any chance I got. After a few scenic trips with my family, I built up a good portfolio. and started to market myself to clients. I took product photos for many companies, but I felt something was missing. This is when I discovered the art of cinematography. Circling back to the beginning of my career, I spent countless hours learning this new concept, which I picked up pretty quickly. I then had a complete skill set, and was ready to promote myself at a larger scale. Throughout all my past clients, along with present day clients, my mission always remained the same: provide a visual experience that elevated their brand to a new level. Many of them started with a weak social media presence, but, using my work, took their pages to new heights. This is what separates me from other people in this industry. The sheer level of dedication I have for each project, no matter how big or small. I plan out each shot, and always take the route that leads to the best final product, even if it makes things 10x harder. And with that, I make this promise to any person or client reading: I will do everything in my ability to produce work that not only makes me proud, but furthers what I previously thought was possible, creating visuals that change the game by the day.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of being a creative is seeing my thoughts in the real world. Every piece of work I do has stemmed in some way from a simple thought in my head. The feeling of physically looking at a concept I envisioned is something truly unique and unmatched The ability to translate thoughts, emotions, and experiences into tangible forms of art is a remarkable power. Witnessing the impact and resonance that my creations have on others is equally rewarding, and is one of my driving factors for continuing my content.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
The first thing a potential client asks me when I offer my services is my previous work. When this happens, I happily send them my prior work, as I know I’m proud of it and that all my previous visuals accurately represent my work ethic and abilities. This is how I build reputation within this industry. Producing work that I am happy to show, and work that reflects effort and time. I strive to consistently produce high-quality work that showcases my creativity and professionalism in order to establish credibility and build a strong foundation. This requires a combination of talent, hard work, and a relentless dedication to my craft, but it’s all worth it when I get to reveal my final product to the client or viewer.
