Logan, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Allow me to introduce myself to those who may not be familiar. I am Logan Chelise, a passionate wardrobe stylist with a love for creativity and an eye for detail. My journey into the world of styling began at the age of 8, where I discovered my knack for combining colors, shapes, and textures on the virtual styling platform, Polyvore.com. Since then, my passion for styling has only grown, leading me to launch my own styling business at the age of 20.
In my business, I offer a range of services aimed at helping individuals express their unique style and feel confident in their appearance. From personal styling for special occasions to editorial shoots and fashion show consultations, I provide tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of my clients.
What sets me apart from others in the industry is my commitment to authenticity and inclusivity. I believe that style is not just about following trends but about embracing one’s individuality and celebrating diversity. That’s why I’ve curated a showroom collection that caters to people of all shapes, sizes, and personal preferences. I want everyone to feel seen, heard, and empowered through the clothes they wear.
In addition to my commitment to authenticity and inclusivity, I am deeply passionate about collaboration within the creative community. I believe that when powerful creative minds come together, they have the potential to create groundbreaking art that can truly make a difference in the industry.
Collaboration is at the heart of my approach to styling projects. I thrive on the energy and inspiration that comes from working with other creatives—photographers, makeup artists, designers, and more—to bring our collective visions to life. By pooling our talents and perspectives, we can push the boundaries of creativity and create works of art that resonate with audiences on a profound level.
One of the things I’m most proud of is the positive impact I’ve been able to make in my clients’ lives. Whether it’s helping someone find the perfect outfit for a milestone event or boosting their confidence through a transformative styling session, knowing that I’ve played a part in making someone feel their best is incredibly fulfilling.
For potential clients, followers, and fans, I want them to know that my brand is more than just styling—it’s about self-expression, empowerment, and embracing individuality. I invite them to join me on a journey where creativity knows no bounds and where every outfit tells a story. Together, let’s redefine style and celebrate the beauty of being uniquely ourselves.
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
My creative journey is driven by a passionate mission to make a lasting impact in the fashion industry. My ultimate goal is to open a fashion institute that serves as a sanctuary for creatives—a place they can proudly call home. This institute will be more than just a school; it will be a nurturing environment where individuals have access to the resources, tools, and support they need to truly hone their craft and realize their dreams.
At my fashion institute, students will find not only state-of-the-art facilities and comprehensive education but also a community that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation. I envision a space where creativity knows no bounds, where individuals are encouraged to explore their unique voices and push the boundaries of traditional fashion norms.
But my vision doesn’t stop there. In addition to providing top-notch education and resources, I am deeply committed to promoting mental health and well-being within the creative community. I recognize that pursuing a career in the arts can be challenging, and it’s essential to prioritize mental health and self-care along the journey.
At my fashion institute, we will prioritize mental health awareness and provide resources and support systems to help students navigate the highs and lows of their creative journeys. Whether it’s through counseling services, wellness workshops, or simply fostering a culture of open communication and support, I want every student to know that they are not alone and that their well-being is paramount.
Ultimately, my mission is to create a fashion institute that not only equips students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the industry but also empowers them to lead fulfilling, balanced lives. Together, let’s build a community where creativity thrives, dreams are realized, and individuals are supported every step of the way.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
As a wardrobe stylist and creative, one of the most important lessons I’ve had to unlearn is the relentless pursuit of perfection. For the longest time, I believed that everything had to be flawless—that every outfit, every project, every detail had to be meticulously executed to meet my high standards.
The backstory to this lesson is rooted in my innate desire to excel and my fear of failure. I wanted each styling project to be a masterpiece, each garment to be flawlessly coordinated, and each client to be beyond satisfied with the results. However, I soon realized that this pursuit of perfection was not only unsustainable but also counterproductive.
I came to understand that in the creative process, perfection is an illusion. No matter how much we plan and execute our ideas, there will always be unexpected challenges, unforeseen obstacles, and moments where things don’t go according to plan. And that’s okay.
I had to unlearn the idea that everything had to be perfect because it was holding me back from taking risks, embracing experimentation, and ultimately, growing as a stylist. I learned to let go of the need for control and accept that imperfections are a natural part of the creative journey.
Now, instead of striving for perfection, I focus on excellence. I pour my heart and soul into each project, knowing that while things may not always go as planned, the beauty lies in the process and the journey. I’ve learned to embrace the unexpected, adapt to challenges, and find beauty in the imperfections.
This lesson has not only made me a better stylist but also a more resilient and grounded individual. It’s taught me the importance of letting go of what I cannot control, focusing on what truly matters, and finding joy in the imperfect moments of creativity. And for that, I am truly grateful.
