Lizbeth, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.

Crafting and gifting has always been in me as long as I can remember. I was the little girl making bracelets as gifts for her teacher and friends. Always hoping to brighten someone’s day with the stuff I made. As I grew older I was the same but never had the courage to sell anything until one of my best friends Birthday. I made her a floral arrangement and had so many compliments. She was one of my biggest push to begin this buisness. That same day we designed the logo, she made my shirt, & stickers & BNXB was up and running. We make gifting easy for you.and have lots to offer from floral arrangements to handmade jewelry. What gets my daughter and I most excited is hearing such great comments on how much people love what we do. We wouldn’t change that for anything. Knowing I’ve created a path my my daughter is amazing. She loves doing this with me and is an essential part of our business.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

This is my passion not just a job. It shows thru every order. I take pride in making anything ordinary into something extraordinary. I can walk in a store and see something like a vase and already come up with millions of ways to use it or make it beautiful. I was blessed with my creativity. We can do pretty much anything from floral designs delivered to your door, to handmade jewelry, gift baskets, cups, sets, gold plated jewelry, to even party decor if needed. We work closely with our customers to bring them more that what they expected. Stress free I’ll do everything for you and have your perfect gift ready.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

The biggest lesson to unlearn for me has been that It will always be fun and easy. It’s not. There are days that I’ve paid to be at events and made nothing in profit. Some days when I’m just feeling down and want to just be in bed. I finally know now that it’s ok to not always be ok. It’s ok to take those days off, to cry, to feel upset BUT I NEVDF STAY THERE! I rise like a fénix and continue to push harder for my dreams. That way when I have those amazing sales, it feels even better knowing I’ve learned to push thru all odds and made it work.

Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?

I met my business partner 9 years ago when I gave birth to her. We have always loved to craft at home as a family hobby but I see a lot of me as a child in my Nicole. The gifting heart, the creativity. She truly loves this as much as I do. There was an event we went to sell at and I remember seeing her making a sell so happy and I felt so proud of myself. I just hugged her and told her, “Do you realize what we are creating?” When I leave this world you will be the one doing these events and taking over the business. She hugged back and said she will always make me proud and that will be in a very long time from now. We have s dream of opening a store one day. We are working hard to make it a reality.
