Liz, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you share a customer success story with us?
We have been working with Dogology University since they started the business several years ago. We worked with the business owners to craft their original business plan in 2021. This initial collaboration led to a continuous partnership between Legendary Ideas Group and Dogology University. We have worked with them to create customized marketing materials, customer education handbooks, job descriptions and listings, and training materials for their staff. This successful collaboration has led to continuous growth for the company through increased sales and staff retention. We strive to create long-term relationships with our customers and focus on helping business entrepreneurs solve problems quickly and within budget.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I began my career journey while pursuing my degree in Business at Arizona State University and a Master’s in Education from Northern Arizona University. While I was in college, I turned my passion for animals into a job as a pet sitter. Little did I know that this experience would shape my future.
After college, I turned my college pet-sitting job into a full-time business opportunity by opening my own pet grooming business. Fast forward to owning a brick-and-mortar store in Phoenix, Arizona. That single location blossomed into multiple locations, and my peers began seeking my advice on growing their businesses.
Seeing how my methods made a difference, I took the plunge and founded Legendary Ideas Group in 2021. Our focus? Crafting growth-driven resources like training manuals and websites for small businesses. It’s all about empowering others to thrive just like I did.
I’m proud of the relationships I’ve developed while working with clients and the value we’ve added to their businesses. I’m driven to help entrepreneurs grow and succeed in the same ways I have. I’m here to make my mark by helping others make theirs.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Maintaining client ties and brand loyalty hinges on consistent, personalized communication. We use diverse channels, like emails and calls, to share updates and stay engaged with our clients. We follow up with past clients to stay front of mind for their business needs. We use a comprehensive approach that blends proactive communication, personalization, and attentive service before, during, and after a project to nurture lasting brand loyalty and client relationships.

If you have multiple revenue streams in your business, would you mind opening up about what those streams are and how they fit together?
We have partnered with Trainual to help our clients create efficient and centralized onboarding and training materials. This partnership offers LI Group a lucrative supplementary revenue stream while also providing value to our small business clients.
