Lisa, appreciate you joining us today. Naming anything – including a business – is so hard. Right? What’s the story behind how you came up with the name of your brand?

Endless Love really speaks for it self my parents initials (Elton)&(Loretta)

Lisa, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

ENDLESS LOVE INC WE ARE A 501 c3 non profit a faith based organization made of family whom despite of our own personal struggles we still make it our mission to lend a helping hand

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

Always remember how far you have come & remember that there is purpose in pain there is always someone worse off than you & If God gave you breath you have a reason to be here.& My team & I feed the homeless so when we finish with a event we have more motivation & thanksgiving to push pass whatever hardship we maybe facing.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

There have been several times I have had to pivot in life. i lost my mother at a young age & I made several mistakes just trying to figure this thing called life out & I learned that you have to always be willing to learn & that no one have all the answers. I was raised to have faith & to trust God & do right by people despite how they treat you. Alot of people measure your life based on what your bank account looks like & I’m neither the judge nor the jury, having a big heart & a giving spirit is who I am. I drive a forklift & work in a warehouse for a living. I have had 3 back surgeries. I have been a diabetic for 20+ yrs. I have had my thyroids removed a survivor of domestic violence; the list goes on at the end of the day it doesn’t cost anything to be kind.
